i ordered a hoodie about two weeks ago and i honestly love it. the quality is really good, the material feels great and it’s super cozy. it’s definitely one of the most comfortable hoodies i own.
i also ordered from them back in april and got a t-shirt for a friend. he still wears it a lot which makes me happy because it shows he likes the quality too :)
the t-shirt a few months ago arrived reallyy quickly. my sweater took a bit longer (8 days) but i emailed the support team and got a really kind reply pretty fast. they explained that the delay was because of a promotion they were running at the time, so once i knew that i didn’t mind waiting.
overall i’m really happy with both of my orders. the quality has been great every time and i’d definitely order from them again :))

Buyer bewareBuyer Beware: Refund Only Received After Chargeback
I returned an item and had tracking confirming it was delivered and received.
Despite repeatedly providing this evidence, I was continually asked for more proof and told the return had not been received. I also provided the Post Office receipt and photos of the parcel with the shipping labels.
After months of emails, I had to file a chargeback through Revolut. The dispute was decided in my favour and I received my refund.
Keep all tracking information, receipts, photos, and correspondence. If you encounter similar issues, you may wish to consider a chargeback through your card provider and submitting a complaint to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Overpriced and Terrible Quality
€90 for a sweater that started falling apart after just a few months, despite barely being worn. Multiple holes appeared directly in the fabric and the neck seam completely came apart.
Customer support blamed it on “usage or care” instead of taking any responsibility. For this price, the quality is honestly unacceptable.
Complete waste of money. Never ordering again.

I’ve ordered 4 pieces and the package got lost on its way for me. I’ve contacted DHL they sent me an confirmation email that the package is officially lost and they are not responding to my email to refund me. This is happening for 10 days and still nothing from them. I cant contact them properly.

Inconsistent delivery and customer service
I ordered two packages. First one had very quick delivery and everything went smooth. The second though was different. I didnt get no notice about the packages arrival on top of a long delivery time and the package was damaged. The jeans inside werent in perfect condition too. I need to inspect the imperfection more carefully and if it is really torn i will have to return. So far I have mixed feeling about the company. Quality though is top notch and their deals are pretty sweet too.

Happy
I was really looking for good joggers and came across those of moremoneymorelove. The pockets of the Clouds as well as the adjustable trouser ends have more than convinced me. The quality is excellent as well as the design. I now have three joggers and am very satisfied with how comfortable they are!

Great quality, pretty fast shipping
