I bought a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Bone” (HQ6316) through wethenew - paying for advertised authenticity guarantee and per-pair inspection.

After delivery I had the pair checked by two independent authentication services, which returned a “not authentic” verdict, pointing to irregularities in the finishing, specifically the glue on the underside of the insole.

On top of that, two things I noticed myself: the box contained TWO authenticity cards instead of one, and your wethenew seal was attached to one of the shoelaces so loosely that it simply fell off on its own.

For a platform that claims to inspect every single product before shipping this is something which raises an uncertainty.

Customer service level is very poor
Phone Number on the website is not active which give a bad image (dark site)
Time respons is very very long when resquesting for a return

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered and paid for an authentic pair of Travis Scott Velvet Brown Air Jordan 1 sneakers from Wethenew. As soon as the package arrived, I carefully inspected the shoes and submitted them for professional authentication.

Unfortunately, the pair failed the authentication process. According to the authentication service, the sneakers are not authentic. I have attached the authentication report, the verification link, and detailed photos of the shoes.

When you pay a premium price for an authentic product, you expect to receive exactly what you ordered. Receiving a pair that does not pass authentication is completely unacceptable.

I have contacted Wethenew and requested that they resolve this issue by providing the authentic pair I paid for. I hope they will handle this professionally and quickly. I will update this review once they respond and the matter is resolved.

Until then, I recommend that anyone purchasing expensive sneakers from this retailer have their pair independently authenticated immediately after delivery.

I've been waiting for €250 for the shoes I sent them since 2024. I still haven't received the money.

There were many promises, including a compensation program to compensate all those affected [thousands of people]. To this day, they haven't done anything about it!!!!

I ordered a t-shirt on the 17th of may and it was supposed to take 48h at most for dispatch. But that's not the main problem; I tried contacting them by mail(I sent them 3 mails through their portal and 2 mails to help@ wethenew.com)and they still didn't answer. Moreover, the phone number on their website isn't even attributed and unavailable on whatsapp so the only way to contact them is by mail. On top of all this, I still didn't receive any order update and its been 8-9 days since I placed the order. This is very unprofessional.

I ordered a Denim Tears Hoodie
tears hoodie for my son €219. Came without tags, no invoice, no packaging of Wethenew or seal indicating its was checked by the Team for authenticity. Upon reaching out to Customer Service Team they said if I am dissatisfied I can return it paying shipping costs!!!
Very rude, unhelpful and serious doubts of authenticity!! Total Reap Off. Not to be Trusted!!
I have clearly explained that the item received does not comply with their stayed authentication and packaging process:
No tags
No authenticity card
No Wethenew packaging or seal
This contradicts your own description of quality control and verification.
I submitted photos and demanded return label and still nothing.

I placed an order on this website last week and paid extra for 48-hour shipping. It is now well beyond that timeframe and the tracking information has not updated at all.

I have attempted to contact the company through the phone number listed on their website, as well as via Instagram and Facebook. I have received no response on any platform.

There has been no communication, no update, and no explanation. At this point, I have no idea where my order is.

Paying for express shipping and receiving no service, no update, and no customer support is extremely disappointing. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

They keep telling sellings prior to August 6, 2024 can't be paid AND STILL are not paying the ones made after. I've reached out by email several times via email in the last year (selling made on november 12 2024, i dont know if we both studied the same elementary school math but since i recall novemeber 12 comes AFTER august 6 in the solar year) and got ghosted every single time. Reached out on facebook multiple times and got told i would eventually get a response when they'd have info about it (it's been 3 months since then). I'm not even complaining about the sellings prior to august 6, but since you wrote on the website you would've pay any selling within 7 days under the new management I trusted them once more and still, got scammed again.

They arrived within 48h as expected, the transaction went smoothly, and the shoes were well packaged and protected. It’s just that the original box of the shoes was scratched, but that’s all.
