I ordered the same shoes twice (SKU HQ2592-002) in different sizes and paid extra for Hypeboost’s supposedly professional authentication and quality control. What arrived? Two visibly different pairs, with one showing clear signs of wear.

I sent them detailed photographic evidence. Their response was almost impressive: apparently both pairs were individually inspected, matched to the correct SKU and confirmed as “new and unworn.” So either the photos are lying, or their “authentication process” isn’t quite as rigorous as they advertise.

Instead of actually addressing the evidence, they simply kept insisting their checks were correct and refused to resolve the issue.

I escalated everything to American Express. Amex reviewed the photos, the evidence and Hypeboost’s responses — and refunded me for both pairs.

And now, instead of properly resolving the complaint, Hypeboost has even tried to get this review flagged. Apparently challenging the review is easier than explaining how these shoes passed their “professional” inspection in the first place.

For me, that perfectly sums up this company: charge extra for authentication, deny there’s a problem when presented with photographic evidence, refuse to resolve it, and then try to flag the customer’s review.

Thankfully Amex dealt with the problem Hypeboost wouldn’t. Zero confidence in their authentication, zero confidence in their customer service, and their attempt to flag this review only reinforces my opinion of how poorly this company handles legitimate complaints.

I ordered the Nike TN Shark Attack from Hypeboost. The shoes themselves appear to be in great condition, and I have no complaints about their quality or authenticity.

However, I was very disappointed that the package did not include the signature shark tooth keychain or the extra pair of laces. These accessories are an important part of what makes the Shark Attack edition special, and without them, the product loses much of its unique appeal and collector's value.

What makes this even more disappointing is that Hypeboost states that every pair goes through an authenticity verification process. In addition, Hypeboost's policy says that sellers are expected to include all original accessories that come with the shoes. Despite this, my pair arrived without the shark tooth keychain and the extra laces.

If the shoes are inspected before shipping, I would expect missing accessories like these to be noticed, or at the very least for buyers to be informed before the order is completed.

Overall, the shoes themselves are fine, but the missing original accessories significantly affected my experience and left me disappointed.

Shoes arrived in tact, size and colo was correct. Took a bit of time but thats expected. Also when not writing in english fedex jumbles the letters, if so you should not let the customer write in their home language.

Fast delivery, the product is exactly as described. I recommend Hypeboost!

I won’t recommend as it took so long and when i got the shoes, it was disappointing, im always size 36 on nike shoes but the shoes they sent was too small for my size.I’m not sure how accurate is your authentication will be.

I didn’t find the sneakers similar to the ones in the photos. They look much grayer in person than they do in the pictures. I also found the size to be larger than normal, and the smell of the sneakers is not good.

Additionally, there are some details that make them appear to have been used before. For these reasons, I am dissatisfied with the purchase.

I would give Hypeboost 4 stars. Not because of the shoes but because og the long waiting time, which was almost two months. However, when i finally received them, they were exactly as shown in the pictures. I absolutely love the shoes! They are comfortable and beautiful in brown
