I was unimpressed by the quality of the set, particularly the very thin glassware, and the quality of the glass decoration. It was overpriced, I had problems with tax early on in the process, and it took a very long time to be delivered: almost 3 weeks from ordering. I will not order from this company again.

What I thought I ordered was not what I got. What was advertised was a thick sign with wrenches and a skull that is polished. Instead I got some flat tin with a picture on it. Very disappointed. False advertising.

Right from the beginning I was always kept informed about what was happening with the shipping process. Where my package was without having to look. Every step involved was sent to me. I never had to wonder. The product was excellent quality and arrived promptly!

Did not look like the sales video. The one showed was a 3d one and that's why I had bought it, but the one I received was a stamped flat pice .

Thought it would be a little bit bigger and ship a little quicker

I really cannot review the item as it was never delivered despite saying it was, I am really not sure why. As for the company, they were very up to date on sending updates.

SCAMMERS! Sent me a defective product and are refusing a return.

To Reforment:
Since you will not do the right thing you can refund the $6.00 ($0.20 on the dollar spent with Reforment and 2.5 months waiting for the item I bought). Or better yet, put me in contact with someone who does have the authority (and integrity) to make good business decisions and I’ll deal with them.

You are likely the worst, most unscrupulous company that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You are just plain crooked.

you should tell people this is very small and light weight plastic wont buy from again

Awesome, my husband almost fell over, he loves it, going crazy trying to figure out where to put it in the garage. I'm so glad I got it !!!! Heavier than I thought, but beautiful work !!!!

Never received the product.

It is very chintzy for the price! Two plastic parts broke when trying to put it together.

It is a very pretty set. Would have been better if it was glass instead of plastic so I gave 4 stars. Box is nice but inside is kind of cheap looking

I'm very disappointed and the item I ordered they use AI to make the wings of the butterfly flap then when you order it you get this damn piece of metal with yellow flowers and some Dollar Store lights on it it's ugly and I want a refund this is false advertising

I would give this company 0 stars if it let me..of course it does not. I ordered and paid just under $50 in May 2026 and today is July 7th and I still have never received my order. I followed on the shipping and it kept giving me updates then it said it arrived at our local post office on July1 and might b a couple more days. When I checked again in a couple days it said it was delivered June 29th.I neve

never received it. went to the post office today June7th and they have no record of it ever coming and I gave them the tracking number that this crazy place sent me. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and with facebook and instagram where it was advertised over and over. It was an american rag flag with lites that I was really looking forward to receiving. This is a huge SCAM and FRAUd BEWARE

Charged it and it does not light up !!

The magnets arrived long before our Graduation. Pleased with the service.

The shipment took a long time and the material for the flag was not what I expected. But, it's still cute and I have it up.
