I placed an order for three items, two pride shirts and one pride hat. Shirts were fine; however, my worse nightmare came true when I saw the package arrive and noticed it was not in a box but soft plastic bag. The hat was damaged near the brim. It couldn’t be fixed. I contacted the company and never really spoke to anyone personally as I think it was all computer generated as I kept on asking a question and it wouldn’t answer. It just kept on saying they were sorry and can they offer me a discount for my troubles. As many emails that went back and forth, they would not take the return nor give me a full refund. I had to agree to a partial return. I recommended that if a hat is involved to ship it in a box; however, they seemed not to care and take the request back to shipping. Overall, glad the shirts were good so don’t order a hat from them unless you want to take that chance of damage.

If I could give negative stars i would!! Be careful when you place your order… they charge more than your purchase!! I immediately caught it and told them to cancel the order. They said it had already shipped. I doubt that!! Don’t trust them!!!!

The wait wasn't too long but how do return it for a bigger size?

I placed an order on July 13, 2026 for 4 different shirts. Confirmation Email for order, included a tracking number, and a button to track, so I marked the email, and checked it several times to see progression. First supposedly stuck in Customs in Sweden, then in Customs in US, finally on Aug. 10, it showed out of Customs and in Lincoln, NE. When I got no more updates and nothing changed by Aug. 14, I emailed them asking WTF? They responded with 2, entirely different tracking numbers, and a link to use to check the numbers. It showed country of origin was China, not SWEDEN and packages in NJ, NOT Nebraska. A package was delivered on Aug. 25. I went to the tracking web site to see where the 2nd one was and it showed deliver Aug 15. I got a package about that date, but it WAS NOT any of shirts I ordered. On Aug. 25, the package contained 3 of the 4 shirts I ordered. The designs were spot on, but not the fabric or shirt length I was expecting, definitely not what pictures lead me to believe they would be. Currently in dispute, through PayPal to get a refund for the one shirt that never arrived. Will keep the remaining 3, as all fit, and hopefully will hold up as no clue what the fabric actually is!

This site is a scam. I ordered a couple shirts months ago, and paid extra for expedited shipping. Not only did I never receive my order, but they refused to pay me a refund because they claimed that the fake shipping company they used did in fact deliver...yet here I sit months later...orderless.

The cap itself is great, a bit big on my smallish head, but I can adjust the rim so it stays on. I love the colours and the message. Only down side is it seemed to take long time to arrive, so must have travelled some distance.

Sizes run much larger than most places. (They sent me a “Small”, but it’s more like a LARGE, which means the lower graphic is so low, it’s almost not visible at all.) ☹️

Sorry but the tshirt was too small I feel like it is cut small quite disappointing

I researched acloth prior to ordering. I wanted to make sure this was a legitimate company. They may be legit but their customer service is horrible. After two complete months (June 6, 2026 - Aug. 12, 2026) I have never received my order. Initially, I was getting regular tracking updates. By June 30th I received no further updates. That update was weird and felt fraudulent. It was posted 6/30/2026 but the content showed the packaged stalled within a US post office on 7/4/2026. The dates didn’t match. Hmm time traveling. Anyway, I contacted customer service and got nothing but the run around and a completely different tracking number. After a week it was explained that the original tracking number was wrong and not my order. The new tracking number showed my package delivered to a front door porch two weeks prior. Problem 1 - I don’t have a porch. Problem 2 - there was no address just the zip code. Problem 3 - acloth said it’s between me and the carrier, and they bowed out!! They don’t think they need to refund me. Nope!! Since this started I’ve learned they are a Chinese company out of Romania, posing as a US based gay and lesbian retailer. I CAN’T!! I’M DONE!!

It is as described and i got it in pretty good time.It fits nice and the color on the graphics is good. Nice material is comfortable. I ordered large and usually wear xl.. and it fits nice.

I love the message! I seek to once again see this belief spread across the USA.

I’m so pleased with the speed that the t-shirt arrived. I expected it to take much longer. The overall quality of the shirt is very good but I am disappointed that on the slightly larger sizes they seem to be about an inch or so shorter than standard and a good couple of inches wider at the bottom (they bell out) than standard. If it wasn’t for the issue with the size.

Plus size people aren’t all short and round some of us are tall a little heavy little muscle. That extra couple of inches in links makes a difference for those of us with Long waste and that extra couple of inches you stuck out the side can look OK if they drape all right sometimes they can look like a three year-old wearing a baby doll dress.

I appreciate that you create the sizes. I appreciate that you create the designs and I have nothing wrong with them or even the quality of the fabric stitching et cetera. I’m just a bit disappointed in the way the sizing is handled for plus size people
