My lighter does not light at all. There are no directions that came with the product upon arrival. There were no directions in the video that I watched before I bought it. The video said to open it and strike it. That is all. How am I supposed to make this light? No idea. I wrote the the supplied email for support. They did respond and finally tell me what to do. As it turns out, it comes without fuel for the "lighter" to work and they give you no direction, without asking them, what kind of fuel and how much and how to put it in correctly.

Shipping was long as well.

On the other hand, the item itself is great and looks to be of pretty good quality.

Rings were the wrong size and the company won't make them right even though their warranty policy would suggest otherwise. (Then, at the bottom of the warranty policy, they claim the exact opposite so they WON'T fix them) Also, the paint wore off of the heart the second time my wife wore it. (She has to wear it on her thumb because it is so big) Lastly, The writing on the sides of the ring is so small it can not be read unless you are 1-2 feet away. The pictures in their add make it APPEAR that you will be able to read it, but "they were enlarged to show detail". Cheaply done. Poorly done. No customer service.

Absolutely fantastic products, great prices, excellent service from beginning to end. What more could you ask for.

This company is great! I have ordered from them twice not and have received exactly what I ordered or better both times. The apple tree I got in the first shipment exploded with blooms and then leaves 3 weeks after I got it. I actually got fruit off of it a month and a half later! Keep up the good work guys! Thanks!
