I did not know I would be charged £29.99 after using the service (intended as one off) and paying £0.50, though they charged me twice for this... Very sneaky that they don't advise that you will be... See more

Not surprised to find this company was based in Delaware. I was certain it was not British or EU based because this practice of hiding a subscription in fine print for a one-off search would not be considered fair practice and would have earned this company a fine. As others have said , you get a small charge of 50p twice, then a monthly subscription, which I will be challanging

Rip off. 7 day trial then you pay more for credits then forget or didn't read properly and after 7 days loose everything instead of a month .never again. Results are pretty good as usual cost more credits. To bad I didn't use them 😕

Very sneaky people
I thought it was cheap and then found that I'd been charged £29 at the end of the month for one enquiry. No doubt they'll respond saying that its my stupid fault.

Despite emailing in with the reference I still have not received my refund for a payment taken!! I have emailed on more than one occasion!

I was not aware I had signed up to £29.99 and 2 50pence transactions. Until PayPal advised me!
I have immediately cancelled this now.
I hope I get a refund?
Thank you Paul

Never again. Paid £ 1.00. Downloading the report took nearly one hour.....Am going to have to keep checking my bank account as others have been charged for subscription.

Looked up a phone number pretty useless info, heeded the warning of £29.99 subscription and cancelled it straight away and still charged, emailed them to a AI response.
Update; they got back to me and offered a refund. Thanks.

Just found a pending payment of £29.99 on my PayPal account.
I looked up one number and and believed I would be charged 50p, there was no mention of signing up for a subscription but I can’t find any way to contact them to request cancellation.
Not happy.

First I was charge 50p twice, I thought that’s a good price. Little did I know that in the fine print it said I would be charged for a subscription of £30 per month after a week.
I am not pleased at all with this as at the top of the payment page it says “Download Now for £1”. According to Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, pre-contract information must be presented clearly and prominently, not buried in this case it was buried in the fine print.
I’ve contacted their email for a refund and cancellation, however no response yet. My charge is still pending.
Do better reverse lookup

It was a FREE service, but £0.50,£0.50, £29.99 was taken from my card account. The responce was meaningless and/or inoperatve. Can I please have the monies placed back onto my card account.
I sought FREE service on 22 July 2026,

I wanted to check a number that had called me. Went onto reverse look up paid £1 and now they have taken money from as a subscription, l did not agree to this. They gave no information about the number anyway a rip off

Most dubious practice even charging you subscription when you didn’t even sign up for it, yes even rejected the thought. Charge came out of the blue, reported it to the police. Criminals?

I paid x2 0.50 for an image search . Next thing 29,99 subscription without my consent . Fighting to get a refund. No human contact.

They just steal your money from your Credit card, no matter if you use this stupid service or not. Awful rip-off.

Nothing but a scam, paid the original 1€ over two 50 cents payments and have sinced been charged 90€ over 3, 29.99€ payments for a subscription I never signed up for and can’t unsubscribe as I never even made an account. I want it unsubscribed and refunded. Would not recommend.

I have just discovered I have been paying £29.99 a month for 5 months following a one-off search. Now that Ive tried to unsubscribe, the website says it doesn't recognise my email address. Ive emailed the help hub and somone has responded with a 3 month rebate whist they 'consider it further', but I want my account closed and my money refunded.

I need to change my review to positive they cooperated with me fully and gave some money back

I was charged £29.99, when I was told I was only going to be charged £0.50 for one lookup.
I can't find any way to contact your company to refund this charge.
Please contact me as soon as possible.
Secondly, I don't want to be charged again!

I used this for a 1 off look up and then they started a subscription I was unaware of taking £29.99 from my account. Requiring me to block future payments. It feels like a scam to me.
