Easy to plan your vacation and the price is reasonable

I had a great experience booking my holiday through Prijsvrij. The website was easy to use, the prices were attractive, and the booking process was smooth and straightforward.
I received all the necessary information quickly and felt confident throughout the entire process. Everything was well organized, and customer communication was clear and professional.

Super service super accomidatie

When things go wrong, this company disappears. I have been on hold for over 60+ minutes with no response. My flight was cancelled due to the May 12 strike in Charleroi, and their only advice was to "be patient" and wait for them to contact me. There is no timeline, no explanation, and zero transparency—even though my vacation is less than 24 hours away. They are happy to take your money instantly, but they refuse to take responsibility when you actually need help. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable, established company instead.

Update just before next day flight: No response to our calls and now was just being contacted via mail to offer an alternative flight that will double the cost or free cancellation. You learn just the evening before your flight either to pay a high extra cost for alternative flight or free cancellation. As mentioned before, if you do not want to experience similar stress, do not buy a package from this site (and probably their other brand as they do not even change the message to update to use PrijsVrij instead of D-Reizen in their mail)

I had a horrible experience with Prijsvrij. We have a flight scheduled for Tuesday for our Rhodes vacation, but the flight was cancelled due to a strike. With only two days left before departure, Prijsvrij has taken no action at all.

We did not receive a single email with information, updates, or options. After waiting hours to reach customer service, the only response we get is “we will reach out to you as soon as possible.” No alternative flight was offered, no refund was arranged, and no clear guidance was given.

We planned our entire vacation around this trip, and now we don’t even know whether we should pack our bags or not. The lack of communication and responsibility is shocking.

Trust is about how a company handles problems when things go wrong — and in this situation, Prijsvrij has shown zero reliability. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty just days before our holiday.

I strongly do not recommend booking through Prijsvrij.

Easy last minute booking!

It was my first time purchasing the whole tour online, so I was a bit anxious. But everything went well and quite easy.

These will be my second holidays with Prijsvrij. Competitive prices compared to other travel agencies. Ease and clarity of offers, no hidden costs. There have never been any problems and I honestly always recommend buying your holidays with PrijsVrij <3

Misleading sales on the website. Leaving us with horrible 3star experience in Mexico, while it is advertised as 5stars hotel on the prijsvrij. Description still says on site that we could use all 6 pools and 10 restaurants. In reality we can use only one communal pool that is 160cm deep so nobody from our family can even reach the bottom of it, just chilling in water is not an option. Seaside has no sand on the beach. It is one big slosh of rotting seaweed and rocks.

Rooms have no ironing facilities, nor tea/coffee facilities, no room service, no access to kids club for our 8year old daughter, that is apparently a premium feature.

Restaurants are at extra hidden fees. One buffet of the hotel is operational but there is no variety or themes. Food every day is same and choice of fruits/fresh vegetables is as good as none. Apples and bananas is all there is. Booked one large bed, got the 2 split beds. All other pools and amenities are at 1400$ upgrade according to consierge, as we were told at the reception upon arrival. We were sold through the website a trip that said we have full access to every facility. In reality we have access to 10% there is.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prijsvrij.

It has now been 4 days since our issue started, and it is still not resolved, even though the problem is completely not our fault. We booked a hotel that was confirmed and available at the time, and only later we were told that the hotel will not open on time.

Since then, the handling of this situation has been very unprofessional:

We have called multiple times and were left on hold for more than 1 hour, with no real help provided.
Emails are answered after 24 hours or more, and when they do reply, there is no concrete solution.
We are the ones having to suggest alternatives, while they show no proactivity or effort to resolve the issue.

Instead of fixing a problem that is clearly on their side, they are asking us to pay extra costs, which is completely unacceptable.

We have done everything we can to cooperate and find solutions, but it feels like they are simply waiting for us to give up or accept something inferior.

This situation has caused us a lot of stress and frustration, especially since our trip is very soon and this is an important holiday for us.

At this point, I can only say that this is not professional, not acceptable, and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to book with Prijsvrij.

I sincerely hope they take responsibility and resolve this properly, but so far, the level of service has been far below expectations.

The process of finding our vacation package was extremely fast and easy. The website provides clear filters and plenty of required information. We found and booked our 2-week vacations in less than 30 min.
