The website is completely unclear. We were booking a holiday for October 2026, and once we'd made part of the payment, we received a confirmation email for October 2027! We called to change the year while keeping the same holiday, but it wasn't possible, no refund or anything. To cancel the booking, you have to pay €400. Crazy! Never again.

When completing a booking, the travel details, including the departure date, need to be checked before confirming the reservation. The possibilities to make changes afterwards depend on the conditions of the booking and the selected flight. For non-flexible flights, the booking details are forwarded to the airline immediately after confirmation, which means changes or cancellations are unfortunately not possible without costs.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for. Thank you for sharing your feedback; we will take it into account as we continue to improve the clarity of our booking process.

I booked a holiday online and paid for it in full on 6th July 2026. Once my payment had gone through, an ‘error’ occurred on their website stating that there was a problem with my booking and they would contact me. I never received a booking confirmation or any communication from them. I had to chase them on the phone the next day. When I did speak to someone, they stated, ‘’this has never happened before, I do apologise, the money will only hold for a short period of time and be returned to you, it can’t be taken as there is no booking against the payment.’’Guess what? Yes you guessed it. They have taken the money anyway. NO holiday booking at all, yet they think it’s perfectly normal to take money from people when their system is not capable of booking anything and I now have to get the bank involved to get my money back.

Ski trip with everything taken care of
If you want a ski trip where everything is taken care of look no further. I used them for my ski vacation and it was great. During booking you can select all additional stuff that you might need (transfer, equipment...). All is left for you is to enjoy the slopes.
P.S. flight back home was canceled due to storm and in that moment I was really happy that I booked via agency because they helped me and guided me in order to get on a next flight.

It was ok
It was ok, after some research i see that i could have booked it cheaper myself with better flight times. When I requested to change the flight times without any refund, they just replied I should have checked the terms and conditions. That is true sure, but the flights I wanted to change were cheaper than the ones I booked. They offered to change the flights for another 240 euro.

When booking flights directly through the airline, different rules and prices sometimes apply compared to booking them as part of a package through a tour operator.
If you book non-flexible flights, the airline charges fees for changing them; we have no influence on this. Even if the airline offers the same flights at a different price on their own website, you may have to pay extra for a change if you booked the flights with a tour operator.
