Do not buy here!
Plantazon canceled my order after I emailed them 3 weeks later asking were my plats is. They told med that the order did not pass there system because i did note confirmed that my email was correct. I got two email from them one saying my orders was placed and one with order confirmation. Plantazon support was not polite and did not do anything to correct there mistake. Not even a goodwill or discount on next order. It also toke over a week to get my money back.

Placed an order 3.08.2025. 5 days later, it arrived in Denmark and was held over the weekend by postnord. On 11.08.2025, postnord tracking it was being returned because the postage address was incorrect.
I checked the order confirmation, the address written there was correct. I sent an email to kundeservice at plantazon dk on 11.08.2025, and an automated email stated that they would respond within 24 hours.
It is now the 14.08.2025, still no response. I have sent a few follow up emails. No delivery. No plants. No refund. The number on the website to call is not connected.
The website states that they are part of another company in NL, I found a number for that company, no answer. I have now forwarded the email to some other addresses found on the affiliated website pages.
So far, a complete waste of time and money, and no hope yet found for a resolution.

Zero stars would be appropriate! The plants don't match the pictures, some are dead. Poorly packaged, everything thrown into multiple boxes. Incorrect quantities, and some weren't sent. A lot of money for poor or nonexistent goods. Complaints are dismissed or not answered at all. If you want to avoid a lot of hassle, you'd better find a realistic seller, not a rip-off artist.
I can only warn everyone not to order anything here,.

I have purchased two orders witj couple days difference.
In the first order, two plants were in a questionavle state. One was completely dry and the other looked squashed.
The second order( i asked for 14 plants) only 7 arrived and some look dead and dry.
They don’t answer quickly and its impossible to get a refund.
Very bad company overall

Plants arrived destroyed because of poor packing. I complained they said "it's normal".
I asked to cancel the purchase and return the goods but they refused to pay for transportation contrary to consumer rights directives.
Definitely not va serious company.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
