A bit of time waster
The picture taking is a bit complicated. Then dont think It is all you have to pay. You pay also for the picture printing at the photo shop. So there IS a small saving of money but it costs you more time. It IS not worth using in my opinión.

Left a good review then checked email and saw that my photo was rejected. They did not tell me that until I paid. Requested to cancel order to go in person since I was having so much difficulty with getting acceptable pic and they advised no refund.

Photo looks good, but hair color is overexposed
The photo itself looks good, but the lighting/processing overexposed my hair so much that it looks grey. The original hair color is much darker, so I would appreciate it if this could be corrected.

Deceptive pricing policy
I had photos taken for three family members at three different times (one I did not finish processing because of continued pricing differences). Each time Photo Aid charged a different price (as high as $21.99 to a low of $16.95), and each price was significantly more than their Help bot ($13.95) and their website ($16.95 printed) quoted. BTW, I emailed to ask if that was in Canadian or US dollars, and the answer was Canadian, so the US price should have been even less. The photos printed out with strange coloration (I hope they are accepted by the agency to which we are applying). Photo AiD does respond to email promptly, but not terribly openly, IMO. I finally got a partial refund on one photo, although not a refund for the full difference, as I have come to find out. It looks like profile-based pricing to me.

Do not wasting the £5 touchup fee. Nothing edit and change at all. I request the background change to blue and still sent me a white background. The face too dark due to we don't have any photolight can apply when taking the photo. Nothing they can edit and change after paid the fee for adjust and touchup.

Never received the order
Never received the order. Twice they apparently sent them with a 2-3 day delivery expected. 3 weeks later had to go get it done locally. Customer service simply insinuated we did receive the order imo.
