Total waste of money. They advertise to send the picture, but like many I see im the same case, they simply never received the order. They took the money and never provided some kind of traking number or proof of shipment. Customer service is inexistant, so you're left with no one to talk to and they took the money.

Easy to use, convenient, just makes busy life easier.

Saved me a trip to get my photos. Quick easy to use with info on how to present yourself. Price not to bad if u compare it to going to the shop to get photo taken. Great app would recommend it. Pay for photo touch up so they can fix any fails or u got to pay full price for another set.

Photo process was ok but then had to order it to be delivered and had to do the whole thing all over again. Waste if money, should have gone to the photo booth, it would have been cheaper and quicker

Easy-peasy 👍🏼 great correction assistance, very fast service. I've made 2 ID photos for my kids. On one of them, when correcting the shadows from the face, the orange colour apeard on the neck, but still the photos where accepted by the city hall.

Definitely the best photo app around for driving licence and passport photos. I can't fault this company. I'm extremely happy with the professional service they provided me. the photos was delivered in a couple of days. Good quality photo quick service easy to do in own home

Useless application - please beware if using for online passport applications - it's a scam.
You do not need to use an app like this you can just upload the photo that you have taken directly to the passport office website and they will indicate straight away on the portal whether it is a good enough quality photo.
I uploaded a photo to PhotoAid and paid £9.99 to have the photo edited to meet the passport office standard. It subsequently failed as a 'poor' quality photo. I did not take a screenshot and should have done.
I then resubmitted the application using my unedited photo which I had taken and it passed.
I asked for a refund from PhotoAid but they would not refund me .
Don't waste your time or money - cut out the middleman and upload your own photo directly.

This is a scam company. They take your photo and edit it by chopping parts of your body off or your hair and adding a fake border, so the size may be right but the image isn't. When you ask for a refund they will refuse to issue one coming up with all sorts of reasons not to. This is fraud and the company should be shut down.

All good very easy and quick to correct issues.

Taking selfie and guidance was fairly easy but I can’t fully rate the company till I receive the photos and check the quality!
