If I could give this company a zero I would. Never received the product ( drain cleaner) . nobody ever responded or contacted me regarding this. My tracking number never even worked. All they do is resend me an email stating “ your delivery has arrived”. Yet, it hasn’t!! I’m at my wits end trying to contact an actual person to rectify this. BUYER BEWARE!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PEACHLOFYT!

Ordered and the product was delivered to a city 45 min away from me now no response at all from customer service and the AI assistant says error when I pull up the order number and won't understand my email address to pull up the order. WTH?

I am going to give peachloft an A+ rating for exquisite quality assurance and exceptional customer service!

I had such high hopes when ordering from this company, I ordered a collagen skin-plumping balm that I saw advertised on Facebook and elsewhere, that was on August 6, but here we are on August 24, with absolutely no sign of my order, nor is there a working telephone number for this “business,” and they make it unnecessarily complicated to send them an email, I tried twice and finally gave up on sending one, because it just simply doesn’t work, other customers have reported that the company ignores their complaints and doesn’t respond anyway! They did send me an acknowledgement of my order, and eventually a tracking number, which doesn’t tellme anything useful at all , other than when the order cleared customs, so it is totally impossible to find out exactly where my order went, I had to go through my bank to be issued a refund for my missing order, so my advice is stay away unless you have monety to just throw away, which I certainly do not.

PDRN Multicollagen Multi balm 5000 And peptide complex is a total scam. It has zero beneficial properties and does nothing that the ad says it does. Buy some Vaseline for 1.00 and it will likely be the same.

You won't find a cheaper site with the amount of stuff for sale. I mean they sell everything. Great job Peachloft.

I would rate them a zero if it gave me that option. Their products are very deceiving, they look nothing like what's on the website. They are very cheap!!! But to return them is impossible, I've emailed them 8 times with my order number, I've also called the number that is provided but no one answers the phone. They said if you emailed them someone will answer within 12 hours, that is a lie, and calling is a waste of time. They said you have 14 days to return these products but they don't provide an address or a return label. The only way to get that is someone has to answer to your email. Most merchants gives you 30 days but not them. Peachloft is a scam and they are in business of taking people's money when they know their products are not good and have no intention of giving people their money back.

The product has good quality and it was shipped very quickly. Very easy to communicate with the seller! So happy with my purchase! Will order again

I ordered a no belt, which has two parts that attach on both sides of your pants. I received only one in the shipment. I tried several times to contact the company only to be ignored. I finally gave up the Peachloft seems to sell all kinds of things. But in my experience, they don’t seem to want to support the products.

A quick update:
I was contacted by the company and given a private email and I sent them my information. They said I would have the other part in 15 days. I said that was fine. I’ve been waiting for months. The reply back was whoops sorry it’s been more than 180 days. Can’t help you. They got my hopes up and then dashed them to the ground.

We are very please with the people we have been working with. Each time I have questions about a product I am greeted with a friendly and helpful person.

Product was NOT AT ALL as advertised. They must have spent all the money on the You Tube advert because the product is awful. Supposed to be portable moving storage bags...they were 3 flimsy pieces of material with a zipper, not even of dollar store quality. Waste of money, no response from company. I just got duped!

I did recently order a product and as there was no communication I did receive the product and when I did leave a review... someone did email me back regarding my concerns and how I was dis satisfied, they offered a full refund and came through on thier promise. Thank you for caring and making it right!

I e-mailed Peachloft right away and they were able to reply back in an instant. I wasn’t satisfied with my item and they were very nice and reimbursed me. They were very helpful.

I did not care for the product, it did not suit my skin so, emailed support to ask for a refund and this was done very quickly. Durian the customer service representative was most helpful.
All in all, the customer service is excellent.
