Never received the product. I followed tracking provided all the way to my city and it said "Delivered" but no package ever showed up. It was almost as if they were faking the tracking info. I tried contacting the company, but no help at all.

I also ordered the transforming car & agree that is much smaller then advertised. When it said it had been delivered to the mailbox I thought there is no way, but here this tiny joke was.
It took over two weeks to receive. When I took it out of the box the windshield was cracked & it was missing a tire. It wasn’t even in the box. Tracking said it shipped from China but the return address was from a woman in Chicago. Why is some random woman from Chicago sending me something I ordered from a company??????
Now I am worried my information was compromised, & no one is responding to my request for refund.

The unit came eith no internal washer when attached to the hose it leaked all over me. No real pressure at all. I got more of a power spray from my regular sprayer. Not worth the money spent and not as advertised. I would not recommend it to anyone.

birds don't chirp or move
I ordered 2 chirping, fluttering birds. I got 2 beautiful birds that look just like the video. BUT, they do not chirp, nor do they move. What appears to be a battery inside each bird has an on/off switch. It was on when they arrived and there was no information with them as to how to charge the battery, if that is what is needed. The on/off switch has no effect. There does not seem to be any place to plug in a charger. My cats are not interested in a dead bird. The video looked like a lot of fun. What is wrong with my birds?
