I would rate them a zero if it gave me that option. Their products are very deceiving, they look nothing like what's on the website. They are very cheap!!! But to return them is impossible, I've emailed them 8 times with my order number, I've also called the number that is provided but no one answers the phone. They said if you emailed them someone will answer within 12 hours, that is a lie, and calling is a waste of time. They said you have 14 days to return these products but they don't provide an address or a return label. The only way to get that is someone has to answer to your email. Most merchants gives you 30 days but not them. Peachloft is a scam and they are in business of taking people's money when they know their products are not good and have no intention of giving people their money back.
