Booking was quick and the confirmation arrived almost instantly.

Whilst it may not be a direct scam its underhanded business practice. I tried to get fast track at Birmingham airport which wasn't available and got the same subscription charge as others are reporting.
I got a refund after calling their Customer Service and now know to never use them again.

I tried to book a fast track that didn't go through but have been charged a subscription of £39

Updated review:
The response from the company was it that it is my fault that I signed up to the subscription.
Do with that what you will. I have also noticed multiple other ‘companies,’ using EXACT same website format and doing the same as PassFly, one being UPTrip. Please be aware everyone and hopefully at some point there will be legal ramifications for duping customers into purchasing a subscription that they are unaware of. I must also add that the customer service I believe is an automated bot as the email response I received was very impersonal and quite rude.
Sadly I didn’t read the below reviews of this company before paying for my fast track.
I made my one off payment of €6.90 then a day later an additional payment of €39.90 was taken from my account. I thought perhaps it was an error and left it for a day.
Apparently in the fine print there is a subscription which you sign up to. There are no confirmation emails of a subscription being set up, nor is it made clear that you are signing up to a subscription service. Additionally, on my passel account there is NO indication anywhere that I have a subscription. It is all very hidden. Despite the company continuously saying that it is in their terms and conditions, this is clearly a method to trick people into a subscription service.
I have emailed to try to get a refund, but a 24 hour window means it is highly unlikely that anything will be done. I have seen from responses below that the company say they act transparently, however, the number of people who have fallen victim to this company suggests that they need to rethink how the present their ‘service.’
Very disappointed that companies still run in this way.

Yet another one who got caught with the subscription scam! I went to get a fast track pass which surprise surprise wasn’t available. My bank picked up the monthly fee as a possible fraud so on looking into it I discovered that I had signed up for a subscription! This is completely hidden on the web site (small print at the very bottom) and is MISREPRESENTATION of the highest order.
I have requested a refund and we shall see what happens (charge back if needed) and I wonder how much they make from those who are not as observant.

I purchased the fast-track service on PASSFLY.CO. Be aware: they are scammers. They will charge unauthorized amounts to your card over and above the agreed price for the fast-track service. As for them, I am already initiating legal proceedings and will pursue the matter to the very end.

THEY DON'T INFORM BEFOREHAND ABOUT A 39,90€ CHARGE TO SUBSCRIBE. I ONLY WANTED TO PAY A FAST TRACK SERVICE, I AUTHORISED THAT PAYMENT BUT THE DAY AFTER I GOT ANOTHER CHARGE FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I NEVER ORDERED. I WILL CANCEL IT WITH MY BANK, THANK GOD

Terrible experience. I used PassFly only to buy a Fast Track pass, but the service was never activated — I received nothing of what I thought I was paying for. On top of that, I was charged €39.90 for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. At no point during the purchase was it made clear that I was subscribing to a recurring payment.
Reading the other reviews, I can see that a huge number of users have had the exact same problem, which points to a far-from-transparent practice. I have formally requested a refund and the cancellation of the subscription. I will update this review depending on how (and whether) they handle it.
My advice to everyone: check your bank statement carefully after using this site, and dispute any unauthorised charges with your bank. Not recommended.

SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I found this dodgy company online whilst trying to book 2 fast track passes for Malaga airport & all looked well until i had confirmation that they had not only charged me for the passes but had also for some sort of monthly subscription. When i emailed them explaining i did not require a membership they simply said that it was somewhere (disguised!) in the booking form NO IT WAS NOT!! And to make matters worse the passes did not even work!!
Please people do not use this company under any circumstance.

Oh how I wish I'd thought to check Passfly's reviews before I bought my fast track pass for Madrid Airport. Like everyone else I've now found myself signed up to a subscription, that I certainly don't want or need, the details of which must be so deeply hidden if they are there at all. Their dealings are clearly not transparent if everyone is complaining of the same problem.
I've emailed customer services, I'm just hoping they play fair and refund and cancel this.

THIS IS A SCAM! The services "promised" are not there, fast track entrance does not work, and indeed as any other person has highlighted, you will be charged a monthly subscription. STAY AWAY!!

A complete scam and, I’m sure illegal. Please stay away from this company at all costs.
I tried to order a fast track through there website, they took the payment and immediately after I was notified they the pass was unsuccessful. Then the day after they charged me £34.66. When I emailed them asking why they replied with a saying I activated the subscription and was not due a refund as part of there terms and conditions. Despite only ordering a fast track when I spoke with them through there webchat a “person” named George was rude and unhelpful when I explained everything he showed me a screenshot of a secondary purchase screen with just my initial when I know I put my full name in. So please people do not use them at any cost
Update shortly after writing this review I’ve had them contact me through my email and now they have said they will issue a refund time will tell but I will keep this updated
Two days later I have been issued a full refund. So if you have had a problem with this company don’t give up, keep going

Scam, Avoid at all cost!!!
I wanted to purchase a one time pass that actually didn't work, but they will charge you 39 Euros after 24 hours for something you haven't signed up for! They will not refund your money.

After Passfly Feedback:
I have contacted your customer support and they said they cannot reimburse the 39.99 Euros. The fact that you display the single pass price at 9.99 to sell a subscription at 39.99 in very small caption is a scam. I haven't used the subscription and contacted your customer service the day I got the surprise charge.

We bought a fast track for Barcelona Prat Airport, which did end up working and the service was decent, but the main problem is that they charged us 39 euros, for a membership we werent even aware of us signing up for. We got no future information on the down payment and they just charged us 39 euros out of no where, debating on wether we get a refund or more clear information, this website is an absolute scam and not worth ordering from.

My partner believed they were making a one-time payment, but later discovered recurring subscription charges that were not clearly disclosed during the purchase process. The lack of transparency is very concerning and feels misleading.
Be extremely careful before entering your payment details. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Completely scam, they charge you for a subscription you ever agreed to when buying a one time pass.
You pay 15 for a fast track, next day you find yourself with a charge of another 39’9 euros.
SCAM
Reply from Passfly
Literal scam! You try to buy a fast track pass, they then say it’s unavailable and refund you, but they start charging you €39.90 a month!
Reply from Passfly
I tried to buy a fast track pass, the payment initially went through but then the pass could not be emitted due to “technical issues”. A refund was
given but the day after 40€ were charged. This was due apparently to signing in to a monthly subscription when “buying” the pass. This might not be legally a fraud, but clearly smells of a legalised scam. A business that does this kind of tricks is clearly not trustworthy. I signalled it to proper authorities for further investigations.
