Very disappointing experience with Headout. We booked and prepaid for a guided Sagrada Família tour in Barcelona. We arrived at the designated meeting point on time and followed the instructions, but our guide never showed up or made themselves known. We also called the local tour operator and received no answer. I immediately contacted Headout, provided a photo showing we were at the meeting point, and requested a refund. Headout refused to refund us for a tour we never received. Based on my experience, I would not book with Headout again.

Three days ago my partner and I booked tickets for the Oscar Schindlers Factory tour in Krakow the following day. We arrived with what we thought was sufficient ID for admission only for my partner be informed by your staff member that it was not, while he accepted similar I.D. from others. In fact your staff member demanded my partners actual passport although I had it screen shot on my phone which he declined. It was as though he was picking and choosing who he wanted to admit and who he didn't. My partner was treated poorly by your staff member by unfairly refusing her entry. Anyway contacting your company member afterwards we were informed there would be no refund for tour we had paid good money for, but offered us alternative tickets for the following day that were no use to us because we were returning home then. We will not be using your company again and would advise others in doing so.

This trip to Neuschwanstein was phantastic. Our tour guide Stephen was brilliant, very knowledgeable and explained the very complicated history of king Ludwig in a very understandable way. The trip itself was well organized, pick up at the parking lot, transfer with the bus to Marienbrücke, tour of the castle with an audio guide, pick-up and transfer with horse-carriage back to the parking lot.

We had a smooth and easy entry, no problems with anything, easy to enter the park at kings Island. Our family really enjoyed our visit to Kings Island and we will definitely be back again... Thank you for giving us a easy and pleasant experience. Will definitely use again

I have no problem entrying, The service was great. Wait time was not too long, I have met friends when waiting in line. Me and my friends had a good time

We booked for Saturday but was unable to attend they kindly let us move it too Sunday.
The team was lovely and kind we was even late for our bus so they dropped us to the harbour before returning.
The trip itself was stunning would highly recommend.

The ticket holders were easy to locate. However, the audio guides are not your traditional earphones. They give you a QR code to download onto your phone and your phone serves as an audio guide.

I purchased an Hola Barcelona pass. The ticket did not work and I was unable to obtain assistance. Headout refused to issue a refund. Complete waste of money.

The London Dungeon is a great 1.5-hour walk-through experience, pretty scary so not for the faint-hearted. It has jumps shocks around every dark corner, it was great.

Authentic performance in small, intimate venue. All the artists, musicians and dancers, were of a very high standard.
As a family of four (including two young adults) two dance lovers, two not, the entire performance was enjoyed by all.
