A real scam. I purchased a fact track on an airport site and from the next day I started having debits on my card from two different companies: Passfly or Wizorg. If you see a transaction from one of these companies, block your card!
I attempted to buy a fast track back in February but was unable to due to technical difficulties. I was refunded for this but I have been charged for this “service” (scam) every month since February.
Scam.
They will charge you every month for the cost of your original fast track purchase.
My fast track was actually cancelled and refunded, they then continued to charge me every month and are refusing to refund, despite me never using the service.
I am writing one star for the fast track service that did indeed help. I have autism which comes with a lot of anxiety and I like to get through security asap and having used it in UK airports, I was pleased to see I could use it in Spain through this company.
What they failed to include in my receipt for payment (£18 for two people), was that they automatically sign you up for a hidden PREMIUM subscription service that charges about £35 for month for fast track - weird that I needed to pay twice regardless. For three months (I booked fast track early to be safe) they have taken £35 from my account without sending any email confirmation or receipts etc. when you log in to your passflyco account it doesn’t even say you have the premium subscription. You have to separately search to check and it just gives the option to cancel, no details. Very very deceitful!!!
I am appalled and they have told me I can’t be refunded as I signed up - despite saying they automatically sign you up if you buy the one off fast track pass - so I didn’t sign up to anything, it was done on my behalf and now I’m over £100 out of pocket. I used NONE of the services this subscription offers as I’d already paid for fast track, I didn’t use anything else it lists - I didn’t even know I was entitled as I have no receipt and there was no intentional choice to sign up. Some of the stuff I can’t even use e.g. parking related things as I don’t drive!!! An eSIM but I already pay through my own phone contract to cover these things??? I will NOT be using them again and I’ll be warning people off of them.
It is bad enough to be forced into a hidden subscription but refusing my refund as I didn’t use the services that I didn’t know they signed me up to? So dodgy and SO upsetting. £100 is not a small amount of money to me and it has been taken and held against my will. Very upsetting.
Got stung by these guys today.
Needed a fast track pass, they ranked first on Google so I dived in.
No pass arrived, looks like I’ve been auto signed into some weird subscription with no way to cancel.
Phoned my bank, have cancelled any further payments being made. Company’s customer service have gone quiet… what a shocker.
COMPLETE SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
I used this website yesterday to try to book a one-off fast track ticket for the security queue at the airport, which did not work. To my horror, this morning I then saw a charge of around €40 on my credit card, which is for a supposed ‘subscription’ to this website. I absolutely did not sign up to such a subscription and never would have done so. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM.
Look out. Stupid scam.
You buy tickets for example for Sagrada Familia. Tickets dont come, and you've a ebook subscription...
Do not use this website. Be very careful: they initially charged me for three tickets that they couldn’t sell because the day was fully booked for Mont-Saint-Michel. I then had to contact them to get a refund.
The next day, without any email, confirmation request, or anything whatsoever, they charged me €40 for an e-book. I checked my junk folder and saw that I had also been charged €70 for a Prime Video subscription. This made me believe that my bank details had been compromised, so I had to freeze my card to prevent any further issues.
I had to contact them again to request a refund, and they were particularly reluctant to release my funds.
100% a scam. Report them and do not use this website.
A problem of unissued ticket for an attraction has been solved quickly. I have got a refund and a cancellation of the monthly subscription almost immediately upon my request .
In my opinion selling infomartion to uptrip.co , buy tickets from them , getting scammed by uptrip.co
So as i said i've bought tickets yesterday from them , and today i was charged from uptrip.co , so i'm assuming they are working together somehow , same sites , same trash rating , be aware of that scam.
Don't use. I booked and paid for trip got my confirmation, closed app confirmation and on the wallet of the account passfly to find tickets said failed. Tried to book again and same thing happened
Then straight after booking 2nd attempt I got confirmation email but no tickets, followed by 2nd email saying no tickets available refund will be issued. Matter of min of booking confirmation email. So chexked bank and yes they had taken payment twice with no tickets to show for it and no refund or even refund confirmation
I tried to buy tickets for La Sagrada Familia. Shortly after, they emailed me saying the tickets were unavailable and refunded my initial payment. However, the very next day, they charged my bank card around 40 EUR for an "e-book" that I NEVER ordered! This is a classic subscription trap and an unauthorized charge. I have immediately blocked my card and initiated a chargeback process with my bank for fraud. Avoid this company at all costs!
