Scam
Today I bought a box with 750 letter beads in several colors.
I wanted to make a bracelet with the name FINN in 1 color.
I have tried half of the colors to find these 4 letters. NONE contains all letters. The other colors don't fit.
To my very unpleasant surprise I do find lots and lots of Q,Y,X,H,Z.
In Swedish language the Q is used 0.01%, Z 0.04%, X 0.11%, ridiculous to put so many isn't it.
Hardly any vowels which are by far most used.
Also too many letters aren't inked properly which makes them vague.
It's very obvious this is a scam so you'll buy more letterboxes.
I'm really so not happy with this and will return this rubbish.

Perfect experience
Everything has been well packed.
I was also trying to order contacta professional cement but it wasn't available: I selected to be notified when it would be available again, and I got a notification a few minutes later that it was. Went on the page to add it to my order and it wasn't available. Tried 3 more times and it didn't work.
So I suppose there is something wrong with their system about that.
For the rest, everything went super well.

Took over a week to receive my goods
Took over a week to receive my goods. Which in turn caused an important project to be late. Very weak excuses as to why from customer service, if they are backed up, They should Tell porential Paying Customers that they have delays so people have the option to shop elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Excuses Excuses. Will never use their online store again.

Love Water Colours
I love that your stock covers many levels of watercolour materials. I’ve painted for many years, and you have supported my learning curve very very well. Now I use posh paper and Daniel Smith paints (as well as Panduro & Winsor Newton pans). Of course I always browse the shop and find lots of inspiration. Pointless
I feel it is pointless to review a company after they have done only the bare minimum. Real reviews are based on orders where something went wrong and they need to do something extra. My order arrived well. All good.
