I purchased a blow up pool in August 2025. As I had a granddaughter coming in March 2026 I left it in the bag. On the day we set it up a leak was noticed. I contacted the store and sent through some photos to show the issue. The response was quick and hassle-free—David, who handled my purchase, organised to send a replacement straight away.
I really appreciated how easy the whole process was. There was no back-and-forth or stress, just great customer service and a prompt resolution.
Big thanks to David and the team for standing by their product and making things right so quickly. Highly recommend!

Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service! Not even worthy of one star… Only been trying to contact Pool Set at least 40 times by phone over the last 4 days with no answer. Have even tried their support email and website contact page and still nothing after 4 days. Beware!

Spa pump blew up. No response regarding this
Bought a spa pump that I used 4 times and it blew up on the fourth use. Thankfully I moved out of the way in time as I heard a loud noise before hot water and steam came firing out of the pump. Contacted the company multiple times and heard absolutely nothing back.

New Pump
Pump arrived in good condition in a short amount of time. I had to alter the pipe fittings (Different threads), the new pump runs quietly and smoothly.

Excellent Service
The produce we bought wasn't correct for our needs, but we were able to return the item and get a refund. The service was prompt and friendly. Although we didn't use the product - there was nothing wrong with it other than not suiting our purposes, so we'd happily return to shop again.
