The thing I ordered was out of stock and I received an email to let me know I picked something close to what I wanted. It was ordered the same day and I received a refund for the difference the next day and got my thing in the next few days. It was good service

A great shop in Windsor, with prompt service & friendly helpful staff. Ive pretty much purchased all my music gear with them - the 30 day return policy is a great service as you never know if gear is right for you until you actually use it in the studio enviroment. The package arrived without protection for the Behringer GRIND box. The Behringer box was damaged is transport. No bubble wrap. StoreDJ used to ensure music gear was wrapped in bubble wrap, to protect both the box & the gear inside. I like to keep the boxes, for music gear I buy, in good shape, for re-sale purposes.

My Parcel was picked & packed up nice and neat & arrived on time the high quality and use of the product I bought and received worked very well with my set up✅👍

Staff member was helpful and found item in stock, purchased item to be express posted 10am Monday but was not posted until late Tuesday afternoon. Defeats the purpose of paying extra for express post if the item sits on a desk for 2 days.

I recently ordered a speaker and it didn’t come with the power cable, also it came with some white scratches which it is not acceptable as I purchased a new product. I sent an email almost 2 weeks again but haven’t got a response yet
