Very good quality on their Henleys, I usually can’t wear white because they are to thin and you can see every tattoo on my body but this one didn’t show any.

I bought pants and shorts on April 19th with the standard delivery timeframe. I was informed that the shorts were delayed and that it would take an additional 3–5 days. However, I haven’t heard anything about whether the package has been shipped, and I haven’t been able to get in contact with Skagen Clothing. It was meant to be a gift, so I’m a bit frustrated. Couldn’t you perhaps have just sent the pants first instead?

A Christmas gift for my son, which was supposed to arrive in week 2. We only received it in week 8. The pants didn't fit and were sent back immediately. I can see the pants have been received back, but we still haven't received the money back. Cannot recommend ordering any clothes from Skagen Clothing.
They also don't respond to the emails you send

Cheap ass pick up point cost me half an hour to get my order, XXL shirt and trousers were way (and I mean WAY) too short. So back half an hour again to the cheap ass pick up point for the return. Had to pay for postage.
Bye bye Skagen.

Customer support is bad and images don’t match the reality!!! I ordered a pair of baggy linen pants and just as I bought them, the system changed the size of the pants to a smaller one. I tried contacting customer support and the whole company on a variety of ways but they didn’t message back so that I could change the size of my order. So, I had to buy the same pants from them in the correct size (I originally chose). Bear in mind I had to pay for two separate orders’ shipping. When I finally got the pants, I was shocked at how short they were. I’m the exact same height and weight as the model in the pictures so I was expecting the same type of fit. I was clearly wrong. Now I’ll have to return both of them and suffer the hasle and shipping costs! All in all, customer support is inadequate and weak, and the clothes do not fit as they seem. I would not recommend!

I ordered pants and didn't receive the package. The pants were returned to them. They received the package on March 4th. I still haven't received a refund and customer service doesn't respond to emails or messages on Instagram. I feel cheated and this should be reported somewhere. I will definitely advise against shopping with them

Super hurtig levering, god kvalitet til super gode priser

I bought a product I thought was in linen because they market the product as linen clothes, it has very little to do with linen but is filled with polyester, 40 % polyester and 15% linen. I do not understand this and I believe it is not the right way to market a product. Why should I read the description further when the headline clearly states linen pants. They were however fast to return and the process was very easy. Support is good and positive understanding on the situation.

I paid 56£ for some jeans and I bought them using guest account, I played the full amount and on my bank it still says transaction pending. I can’t even get a refund because the company won’t respond to me. I’ve contacted my bank and they said to wait 5 working days just to see what they do. A week later I’m still waiting for a reply. Disappointing
