Great customer support after a difficult start
I initially experienced some issues with my order, as the items didn’t fit and I had trouble with the return process on the website. This was frustrating at first, especially since I didn’t receive an immediate response from customer service.
However, after reaching out again, I was helped well and the issue was resolved properly. I really appreciate that they took the time to sort everything out and provide a solution.
In the end, I’m satisfied with how it was handled and the support I received.
