The quality is honestly not what I was expecting at all, definitely worth the price tag, not cheap plastic letters put on it but rather sewn into or dyed, which lasts much longer. Great fit, most of their stuff is true to size, the only downside of this company is they don't do much restocking, and I've been wanting that moto jacket since it came out but it was sold out in my size and has been for months, so get it while you can, their stuff flies off the shelf quick.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store.

In my case, I was charged for my order, but the item never arrived. Getting a refund took longer than it should have, and I had to resort to filing a dispute with my bank to recover my money. The resolution process through both Affirm and Shihiko was extremely slow, and I was left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my refund.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the conflicting information I received. Shihiko repeatedly told me they had accepted the chargeback, while Affirm continued telling me they had not yet received a response from the store. I had no way of knowing which information was accurate, but the lack of communication between the companies left me waiting far longer than necessary.

Update: I eventually received my refund in full, but the process still took much longer than it should have. After I posted my original review, Shihiko's support team contacted through both email and Discord asking if I would remove it. They also removed my review from their official website, which prevented other customers from seeing my experience with this order. That left me with the impression that they were trying to hide negative feedback rather than address the underlying issue.

Update 2: After posting the updated review, the founder personally reached out to apologize, acknowledged the mistakes in how my order was handled, and offered compensation to make things right. While I appreciate that gesture, it doesn't change the fact that my original order was never fulfilled and the refund process took much longer than it should have. I'm leaving this review up so others can understand both the poor initial experience and how the company responded afterward.

I expected the price tag to guarantee good-quality material, but sadly that isn't the case. The Divine Visions Hoodie is the thinnest, lightest hoodie I've ever owned, and combined with the questionable design choice of an overly tight waistband, it ends up feeling rather low-budget.

I have never ordered an item that came along with stickers and a thank you card. Shihiko was a great help to get what I needed. In addition, not only do they keep track of your item while it's being delivered, it also updates it to see where the package is. I would also like to include that there are so many amazing items that they offer that are within my taste. I will continue to use shihiko moving forward

Just got my angel knit sweater, its comfy and cool mind some of the rings were bent, i ordered the distressed cargo pants to pair with later!

Have placed an order, been waiting since may 3rd no notification it has shipped support has been poor emailed them and they never responded, then asked me to review the support? I paid 12 pounds for delivery, as it's been a week I'd expect that delivery charge to be refunded - am I actually going to see what I ordered? Who knows. Very disappointed so far. Order 66592

I like the shirt and all the cool little stickers and thank you card, but the time it was said to be delivered was a few days off so nothing huge that was bad

I had a last minute issue with my order, (wanting to change out an item) and they were able to help me despite it. Im so happy with what I got instead.

The quality of the clothes are amazing, the jumper feels weighted and keeps me nice and warm. Both of the pieces I ordered fit perfectly and they came when they said they would. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Customer service went above and beyond to help me when I ordered the wrong size. Very very grateful for this. And the item quality is amazing! It's my favourite piece in my wardrobe now

My daughter loves the design on Shihiko’s clothes. The quality of the materials are made of quality. Their customer service is excellent and they are very responsive. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I emailed them. They responded right away. They also sent a pair of lovely socks, which are so soft and comfortable. My daughter wore the entire outfits as soon as they arrived, that’s how excited she is about their products. I love how they refer by my name, very respectful during our email exchange in resolving my order. Shihiko is a quality and trustworthy brand. My daughter would definitely order from them again and recommend them to others. I will do the same.
