Have placed an order, been waiting since may 3rd no notification it has shipped support has been poor emailed them and they never responded, then asked me to review the support? I paid 12 pounds for delivery, as it's been a week I'd expect that delivery charge to be refunded - am I actually going to see what I ordered? Who knows. Very disappointed so far. Order 66592

Had a pair of boots arrive with a manufacturing error. Through email I communicated with Viv, who personally found me a new pair, slightly different that he thought would suit me better. He was very right, they're great boots! Commendations to him!

I bought the same shirt multiple times from TK Maxx online store, and there was a problem both times. The first arrived and was too large. Apparently they have a policy that means they don't refund delivery even in this instance so I'll be out of pocket there, and have had to send it back. The second arrived and has a cigarette burn on it, but is now the right size.
