The trousers had a 10 cm hole along the seam and felt like they had already been worn (pen spot). I had to repair the hole myself because I didn't want the hassle of sending them back for a second time (another story). The fabric makes a poor impression—it looks as if the trousers had already been worn or were made from very thin, low-quality material. However, the cut is good, and I like the color. I’d say they aren't worth the 85 euros—and that was even at a heavily discounted price. You're better off buying from genuinely sustainable, high-quality brands.

The return fee is just barely acceptable. The fabrics are good overall, quality varies from piece to piece. The prices without discount are not justified imo. Without the fun patterns I would not be returning as a buyer.

My husband is enamored of the six pairs of Snoopy socks I got him for his birthday. The quality of the socks, with their nearly-entirely cotton content, is so hard to find now, and key for those with synthetic allergies. Not that I expected them to, but the red socks didn’t bleed even a drop when hand washed. Few companies in the States can match this quality. Thank you for offering such amazing products at such an efficient speed!

Expensive shipping and a returns process that incentives opting for store credit not a refund. For me this resulted in numerous returns and diminishing credit thanks to shipping fees.
