Title: Amazing T-shirt and Great Customer Service! ⭐

I had a great experience with ZENKAI! I absolutely love my T-shirt. The design is amazing, the material feels very soft and comfortable, and the quality is excellent.

Although there was a small issue with the delivery, the support team was kind, helpful and patient. They communicated with me and made the experience much better.

I'm very happy with my purchase and really appreciate the customer service. I would definitely recommend ZENKAI to other anime fans, and I will happily order from them again!

Great quality of t shirts designs and the t shirt material does not feel cheap. Customer service is amazing, I had a shirt that lost its print (i bought 3 and 1 design washed off) customer support helped me get a new shirt send to replace it no questions asked, because the shirt quality should be on spot and not wash away when doing the right wash as they describe on their site. Even when the shirt was 1-2 months old i got help to replace the shirt. Im diffently ordering from this site again and recommending it to my friends. The only thing i would like to improve is the website - make it easier to select animes instead of anime category :D For example if i search solo leveling not all the solo leveling shirts come up, and if i search shadow knight, not all shirts come up for shadow knight. Thanks for good support and good quality shirts!

First of all, the tshirts are ridiculously expensive for what the quality is. I bought two black tshirts from the Avatar series and they did not look like the photos at all. The red ink was not visible at all. I requested a refund and they said that I would be covering the expense of shipping which is to Canada and costed more than what I paid for the tshirts, ridiculous. So now I guess I’m stuck with the poorest quality tshirts. Never buying from them again.

I ordered my shirt to the wrong address . I reached out and had a quick response from the Zenkai team. Zenkai team went above and beyond to help me with this issue. They have a customer for life. Highly recommend

Loved the product, ordered a second and third batch. Had delivery issues and I was told I didn’t enter my address correct on the second order so that was delayed, but no issue on the third order. Forth order another issue with the delivery address, which was funny as I kept the receipt so when blamed, I provided receipt evidence it had my exact address and the state they said was missing, then it changed to suburb but I’d already emailed my address and had the 3 previous orders!!
Nothing worse than ordering and it’s a raffle on delivery timeframes and certainly not worth the personal effort to chase an online retailer.

My friends and I ordered 9 t-shirts and they are truly amazing. We all know how anime t-shirts are usually poor quality with synthetic materials that fall apart after just a few washes. Zenkai's t-shirts are the complete opposite: the print quality is excellent (vivid colors and sharp images) and the craftsmanship is outstanding (the 240 gsm 100% heavyweight cotton really makes a difference in terms of fit and wash resistance).

Big shoutout to the Zenkai support team and especially to Samir for helping me resolve an order issue with great transparency and efficiency. I will definitely be ordering more t-shirts in the future and will recommend this site to anyone looking for great quality anime t-shirts!

The shirt I purchased is showing holes after being worn 2 times...

I ordered from these guys about 3 months ago, and I've genuinely never experienced customer support as insanely good as this.

My order was a birthday gift meant for my best friend. I live in Riyadh, and he is currently based in Istanbul. Naturally, I ordered and added his address as the recipient address. However, both he and I faced a million issues due to the strict customs regulations in Turkiye. In the end, my friend wasn't able to receive the package for some reason, even though Zenkai's delivery service has done their job and the package was within Istanbul.

I reached out to Zenkai's customer support and what did these guys do? They immediately replied and apologized for the whole issue (even though it wasn't their fault), returned the package to themselves, then shipped it to my address upon my request, AND they covered the reshipping fees. These guys are genuinely the kindest people I have ever met, and they don't even know me.

This is my honest review of Zenkai and their incredible customer support team, especially Mr. Hasib. Thank you guys, you have me as a loyal customer forever :D

Also the fabric's quality is amazing too, it's not just the people that are nice, their products are just as sweet <3

First of all, the material for the tshirt seems like good qulity, the designs are cool, price also fine.

My problem is the questionable origin of the art they use. No artist specified on their website, nor in their instagram. Also the insta has been deleted 2 days ago, which kinda also confirms the copyright problem.. :c

They took a while to come but im really happy with the quality of the shirts and will order again.

I was going to order from this website. They do state that they ship to Spain on their website, but when I was going to place the order I found out that the Canary Islands (which are part of Spain and of the EU) are excluded. Very shitty from their part.

I bought 3 t-shirts with the promotion take 3, pay for 2. There was an issue with the first delivery, but the support team informed me of it. They promptly took care of the problem and solved it, preparing another package with a different delivery company. The second delivery was really fast, even coming from a different continent. The quality of the 3 t-shirts is good and the artworks on them are nice.

The material feels really good and the print is top quality. Sizing is true to size too — fits perfectly and feels great to wear. Postage was really quick and efficient, with great tracking throughout so I always knew where my order was. Really impressed overall and will definitely be ordering again!

Bought Broly, Berserk, and AOT in L. I'm 5'10, 240lb, muscular, and wanted a shirt that looks good on lifters.
Genuinely am happy with the shirts. They are high quality and people been asking me where I got it. My wife loves them too.
I'm gonna get 3 more shirts. Would easily recommend.

I ordered six anime T-shirts from Zenkai Street and couldn't be happier with them. The quality genuinely exceeded my expectations. I was worried they'd be the thin, cheap material you often get from sites like Temu, but these are the complete opposite. The fabric feels premium, and the prints look like they'll hold up well after plenty of washes.

Unfortunately, my first delivery was left on my doorstep and went missing. I contacted customer support, and they were brilliant. They sent out a replacement free of charge with no hassle and even promised me a free T-shirt with my next order, which was a really nice gesture.

Overall, I'm extremely impressed with both the product quality and the customer service. The only thing I'd love to see is more Gohan (Dragon Ball Z/Super) designs—if they add those, I'll definitely be buying even more.

10/10 – highly recommended!

They're a little expensive but the material and designs more than make up for it they have the best invincible merch and some great t shirts from other shows.

Everything is great. Quality, service and website, all are well presented. This is what customers wanted and thank you for making sick looking tees!! Keep doing what you guys are doing!!

What can i say about ZenkaiStreet? I’ll tell you. I ordered from them a couple months ago but since my address isn’t your typical location my package got lost. What did they do? They responded to me immediately and sent me a replacement order free of charge. The shirts look amazing and the quality is on point. Im already looking on their website to make another order.
