I ordered a computer from them a couple of weeks ago and finally decided to write a review. The computer was assembled and shipped quickly. The delivery was fast, and the computer was very well packaged. The PC itself was assembled neatly, and I’m satisfied with everything about it. I’ve been using the computer for several weeks now and haven’t had any problems with it everything works as it should.

Sedatech is a fantastic supplier of computer equipment. They provide excellent advice before ordering, very competitive prices, clean work, and very fast assembly and delivery. I've been buying from them for several years and have never been disappointed.

Great product and support. Had some delay issues with the order because of the holidays (had to wait almost an entire month), but the package came in great condition and works perfectly as intended. Support is fast and also transparent.

Quite easy to create the computer you want. Just select the 'base' and then you can modify any hardware as needed (RAM, graphic card, etc). The website warns you if there is a compatibility issue.You can also see directly in the process the price difference for each item.

Order was made on a Friday evening (19h)
Order left Sedatech on Monday at 18h ==> I was already really impressed (option for express build was selected).

Package arrived on Wednesday afternoon. The computer is very well protected for transport with air cushions all around the box ==> no problem discovered.

After unpacking, you find all cables, etc that were not used + a tiny manual just to explain how to finish the build (don't worry, it's just for plugin wifi antenna, remove some protection placed inside the case, etc ==> nothing really difficult at all).

At first start of the computer, everything is working well. No issues at all, it's really a plug and play build.

I had to ask some question to the customer service because I couldn't find the Windows Product Key (not that I needed it as everything is activated) but just in case I would need it in the future. I sent an email at 18h and received first answer the day after at 12.00 so I'm also satisfied with that.

In a few words, I'm totally satisfied with my order, I recommend Sedatech.

I ordered a gaming PC online. The entire setup process was explained precisely, and the shipping was also on time. A serious and reliable company. I had a problem turning it on, and it was my fault I connected the wrong cable. I asked for help from support, and within 24 hours I received a series of checks to run.

We purchased from Sedatech a computer for professional use about one year ago.
Among other uses, we need it to make design and industrial drawings so powerful processor and graphics card are mandatory.
