Ordered a computer on the 11th of August, the site says 10day delivery, called them today on the 26th and they said it would take at least another week, while giving me excuses as to why it was late.
Only reason it's not 1 star is that they paid me back very quickly after I canceled my order.

Like a lot of other 1 star review.
Order my computer on the 6th of august and to this day, nothing has been handed to the shipping service.

Estimated delivery date is still stuck on the 15th august (sometimes 17th) despite being the 20th already.

Only two days ago did they put an announcement about having too many orders and that the production time might take an additionnal 5-7 business days before my order get "fulfilled".

I ordered a Systemtreff prebuilt PC through MediaMarkt in Austria and it was one of the worst shopping experiences.
Really good price/quality ratio as well as the relatively good reviews of the company have led me to believe this will be a non-problematic order and boy, was I wrong.
When my PC first arrived I booted it up and noticed that they have installed a completely wrong processor (much older, worse modell that was much cheaper). After reporting this to them, I received different options on how to procede and we chose to return the PC to Germany so they can exchange the processor with the correct one I ordered.
After more than a week after they received the PC (so more than 2 weeks from the time I have sent it to them), they finally shipped it again back to me without any apologies.
So, the second time I received the PC they supposedly fixed, I couldn't boot it up even though it worked the first time.
After trying to contact them calling every 15min to half an hour, which was hell as they are obviosly not working as they state on the website and you can catch them only if you are very lucky (they didn't answer the Hotline on the first day of me calling), they sent me a very old pdf explaining that I should take out and then place back in the RAM and the Graphic card. As expected, this has not fixed the problem, the PC was still not working as intended.
After managing to contact them again, they were not even trying to help me anymore but just said that I should send the PC back.

So, this painful process was about 2 months longs, mostly because the Hotline service is not working properly and the customer service was not helpful.

After sending the PC back to them for the full refund, it took them about a month to "check" the PC and finally refund my order.

In short:
- First time I received the PC they tried scamming me with the older and cheaper processor.
- Second time the PC was not even working properly and they did not try to really help us.
- The most frustrating part about all of this was the lack of urgency to solve the problem. Because the hotline is a mess, I even tried reaching out to them on Instagram post where they just deleted my comment.

Systemtreff is a complete scam. Just order from Dubaro, they finished my order in 1 day and the total duration of the process of me ordering and them building my custom PC and sending it from Germany to Austria was IN TOTAL 4 DAYS.
I received my PC in 4 DAYS, while the Systemtreff has taken OVER 2 MONTHS of my time.

Not recommended.

A variety of payment options with discount for direct payment.
The estimated building and shipping schedule was sent. This was nice.
Everything was delivered as expected.
Customer service responded immediately to replace a damaged glass panel.

I would buy my next computer again here.

I just got my new high end pc a few days ago and I must say im very impressed they upgraded my Ram from CL36 to CL30 they even included thermal paste, scratcher and extra cables the delivery was very fast and they respond to messages also very fast and the PC is just wow very good quality I must say.

Very good packing of the PC, especially in the casing. PC arrived earlier than said delivery date. Fantastic online store .

Compare to other custom pc builder, this company has computers with good value for money.
I am korean, and can't perfectly read german. But the website is really easy to understand.
I bought the high-end pc for blackfriday from thus company. It was really busy time cos of blackfriday, Christmas and so on... that's why I needed to wait around 3 weeks to get my pc.
After receiving my pc, and using it, I am really satisfied with it.
I totally recommend people who wanna have new pc or upgrade their pc.

I can only give it one star at the moment. Ordered and paid! computer 18 May, today is 2 June, the order is still not collected and sent, in support can not even say when it will be collected and sent. Why take new orders if you can not cope with the old ones due to lack of staff, not very clear, just chasing money.

Awesome computer! Very well built with great cable management. The pre-install windows OS also came without any extra garbage applications.

Very good quality of components and best price! 5 star!

Almost a month to get my PC and it is still not with me. 2.500 EUR down the drain. The customer service takes forever to answer a call or an email. 36 minutes waiting time for a 1 minute talk. If you spend that much time on the phone as you are on stories on your Instagram page you would raise your customer satisfaction by a lot.

The time given in the website when the order should be dispatched is different everyday and it's not reflecting reality. On the 30th of April was saying that the order should be dispatched at the 26th of April. Are you joking?

Where the h*ll is my order??

it is with an heavy heart that i have to express my huge dissapointment considering what you shipped to me.
First the packaging: The box containing the computer was'nt sealed at the bottom and when separating the box from the shipment from the box of the computer,i found myself holding the box of the computer in the air with his bottom wide open,it could have fallen!
Second, both usb port above the case have an issue,one is not working,the other is damaged and make it difficult to plug anything inside(I have'nt looked into it for now because i had more pressing issue to intend to which are coming right up after this)
Third,you sold me two ram sticks of 8G (KF556C36BBE-8)instead of the 2X16 which where announced on the Amazon page,so you blatantly betrayed my trust as a customer.
Third,the RTX 5070 was'nt seated entirely in the PCI Express slot because the case was blocking it and was'nt priming at all,i had to move it to the second PCIe port and it actually worked.I made it work,me who paid to not be actually bothered to build a pc on my own,you made me do it.

I got the computer with a slight delay, but it's not a big deal. it was really worth the wait, the computer is phenomenal and if you are wondering what store to buy your dream one from,
these guys do the best job. I wholeheartedly recommend

I certainly can comfirm that Systemtreff offers good quality in productos. My gaming computer is flying at 100% and plus. It even came totally assembled only to connect to the power, the monitor and turn it on.

Great computer and fair price for its product aside of the 3 years garantie it offers.

If you are thinking in buying a new desktop Systemtreff is a wonderful choice to buy one.
