From the time the the Gentleman arrived to promote Smart energy Batteries to sitting with Sales rep in the appointment to explain what would be best for my usage, to Installation, it was done very quickly, very Professionally, staff, Electricans and Customer service were very helpful, the installation looks amazing tidy and the boys cleaned up after themselves, would highly recommend 😀 bigthankyou Martin , Julian, Matt and Lachlan and Office staff.

SmartEnergy are 'overservers'...a rare thing in this day and age. Their team are constantly checking on your consumer experience and whether there may be ways they can enhance your service. It is quite refreshing.

Lack of communication and reliance on AI meant after 4 months of waiting I cancelled. Unable to speak with a qualified human about changes to layout and output and the difficulty in contacting any person convinced me they would not be able to service the installation.

They always got back to me quickly with any queries and their communications team are really helpful and friendly.
We got solar power panels from them a few years ago and when they contacted us to get a battery we said yes as felt could trust them to do a good job which they did.

After install service. I had a second full period bill analysed to make sure of my service provider setting via the smart meter. Still 80-100% self sufficient

1/7 this year l had to help with the connection of the wifi for the Battery. l was SO nervous about this..and a bit annoyed too l was! (After all the money l had paid to have this installed..WHY did I have to do some of the work.)
But l need not have been nervous!! As l got this patient and supportive young girl Molly who took me thru it all.. so l calmed down and we got there! YAY… YOU ROCK Molly!!

Over all experience was great. The people I dealt with were polite and friendly, the installation went smoothly

It was a very easy experience for us, from seeing Rob NETTLE who explained how the battery worked and all it's benefits and having it installed was only 2 week's with no hassle or problem's. Rob was very informative and very friendly, now I am looking forward to seeing how it work's and if it saves us money, then we will be VERY happy.

All information on the purchase and installation of the battery were clearly explained. Great communication in the lead up to the installation. Everyone in the company we’re friendly and happy to answer all questions. This included the installers who had had a very long and busy day and was still willing to sit and explain things to me. A surprising follow-up from William who initiated contact originally I can’t recommend this company enough.
