Very bad experience with NerFerry…
Very bad experience with NerFerry website , i would not recomand this for other people , i booked a ticket for a ferry from Croația to Italy Bari and they gave me ticket from Albania , when you choose a ticket if they dont have that route they give you another and its very confusing and not clear, i lost 240 euro and they didn’t refund

We regret reading your review, but the facts on file tell a different story. Your booking was completed online on our website and is fully documented by the official debit note we issued and sent to you on the day of purchase, three days before departure. The route, carrier, vessel, dates and accommodation were displayed at every step of the booking flow, on the payment page and on the confirmation email. The service was regularly provided by the ferry operator as contracted.
We shared all the supporting documentation with you by email and explained the matter in detail through multiple replies. The position we communicated remains unchanged regardless of the channel on which it is discussed.

Having spent a frustrating two hours trying to book a Balaeria ferry on their useless web site, then driving to the ferry port to try to book direct. Not possible use the internet! I used Netferries easy to use web site and was booked in 5 minutes. Well worth the booking fee.

There was a problem with the boat and…
There was a problem with the boat and the trip was canceled . Not NetFerry’s fault but your customer care in rebooking was terrible. Because Net Ferry was acting agent for DFDS /TT it is the responsibility of NF to resolve this issue .
5 phone calls over 6 hours and I understood that NF was not going to help . I went to TT directly and was able to get tickets for tomorrow , not Sunday as was offered by NF.
Buying the ticket online was easy ,it was the customer service after the money was paid that is the problem. Rebooking is part of the job and that was done poorly.
I have asked for a refund but no answer on that yet .
I will never use NF again .
