All went perfect. Amazing service. Product as expected!

Ordered two books, suppsedly to be delivered in two weeks, still not received, and we are now 3.5 weeks later.
On top of that the mocking : when reaching the books pages it still say "fast delivery". When checking with their automatic system it says : "estimated delivery 28.08.26", but the items are not even in transit (their own pictogram), and today we are the 2nd of september. No way to contact a human, only a bot telling me that it's going to be send in 6 days (but keeps saying this since 4 days !!!).
Absolutely unprofessional : to be completely avoided !!!! It shouldn't be possible in Switzerland to have such a legal scam.

Missing item, waiting for months, no response from customer service

Books ordered, with a hefty management fee. One arrived much later and the second order has not reached me til this day (6 weeks after the promised arrival date) . Customer service has not responded to my request to cancel the order (as no longer needed due to the delays). This is unprofessional and unfair competition as their business is based on false statements (low price, fast delivery time). NEVER order something from them as chances are high that you are in for a lot of hassle! At least I will not consider any order with them anymore, despite the glorious -looking statements on their website.

I ordered hair care products on August 13th that were supposed to be in stock and delivered by 22.august. after asking where my order was on August 24th the delivery date was updated to Sept. 1st. Still the products did not arrive. Slowest delivery times ever. It feels like a scam!!! I will definitely not order here again - ever!!!

Ordered a book, got told It got shipped and arrived at destination. Which is not the case... An now trying to reach them feels impossible. I sent emails and still got no answer... Would not recommend it. I made the mistake because the prices were more attractive but well... I wished I paid more and got my book

This company is fraud! Customer Service is not reachable, nobody answers. Even the founders to not react. I ordered books which never arrived, no deliver date, nothing. So please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING here!!!

Everything went wrong. I ordered a book over 2 YEARS AGO and to this day I have never received the book, I have never received any refund, no information- nothing. I tried to contact them so many times and they kept saying later, later, later and few months ago I asked for a refund again and they just said that my order number doesn’t exist. I ordered fallout recipe book on 25.06.2024.

A total scam.

Item not delivered and almost impossible to make contact with this company. Used the chatbot that I eventually found and am waiting for a Customer Service agent to contact me. I am not at all happy with the service and really resent the stealth manner in which they make it possible to contact them. I have wated too much time and still have NO idea when the goods will arrive.

The worse website to order an item. I ordered an item and got deducted to my account yet it didnt arrived. It said returned shipment. I contact the email provided and still no reply at all. Its a scam for me. Hope they return what i paid for. Its a waste of time and a bad company. Beware of this site.

Shipping so long and discontinued. Don’t trust.

Genuinely awful. I ordered an item on the website and never received it even after getting a confirmation mail that the item was delivered. I had no way of contacting anyone regarding this. The only contact i had was an information mail on the website so i reached out to them, and today they tell me my mail was never sent because of technical issues. To me this is a big scam. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

I ordered from Nalda twice. First order arrived after 3 weeks despite the status of order was “delivered”. Second order arrived quite fast (after a week or so) but incomplete. I wrote to customer service informing about missing product. They responded quite quickly apologizing and informing me it will be delivered within a week. It was supposed to be delivered on the 3.08. It’s 20.08 today a the product never arrived, moreover they stopped responding to my emails. There won’t be a 3rd chance with another order!

I need to know why i ordered something that was meant to be delivered on the 11 of August but still nothing and no communication, what is that?
