Please do not use this company. Bought a parasol and their 'recommended' based via Tesco Marketplace. Item arrived but the base was not compatible. Collected 2 July, I had to chase the refund on 9 July, they then checked the warehouse and agreed to refund. Two weeks later, no refund, chased again and finally it arrived.Do not use - absolute cowboys.

Brilliant service bought a electric car for my 2 year old son unreal but he lost the parental remote contacted the company for a spare expecting a charge but very happy to say they had a spare and in the post free of charge the agent I spoke to was faryal she was was so helpful I distance my order number handy she searched done security she was unreal great company even better staff

Delivered when said and when a problem arose it was sorted efficiently and with a very nice person on the phone. Can't fault them and yes I would use this company again I give them 5stars well done all involved thank you for your quick response

I cannot fault this company. Both times I have called I was connected to someone withing 1 minute, that's unheard of nowadays. AWAIS was extremely helpful,polite and professional,he was able to sort out my problem with part of a delivery very efficiently. I am a very happy customer, many thanks especially to AWAIS. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Completely Awful customer service.Huge Pergola took 4 days to be delivered, despite paying for quick delivery. Missing crucial parts needed to keep the roof cover up. We were told none were available and we had to source our own at our own cost. Alternatively we could send entire package back to them…it was at this point drilled and cemented into the ground and our house. Thankfully Tesco who we ordered through gave us a partial refund so that we could buy the parts needed. Do Not order from this company or through a third party Market Place seller.

Absolutely abysmal, apparently the first delivery was never registered by the courier so they used a different courier and apparently the item was lost. I don't believe a word of it. Wish I had never bought this item from Robert Dyas. How they even operate I do not know.

Not the companies fault, their staff are amazing but why they would use Evri is beyond me as they are the most unreliable company ever. Would it put me off buying from this company in the future, possibly if I'm honest, but as i said the staff couldn't be faulted. 😊

No order delivery by these guy or Robert days ( ecom) company for bed!!!

Avoid!!!!!! Fake dispatch times. Shipping labels created and tracking numbers uploaded days and days before items are even collected. That's if they're even collected at all.

Customer service useless, just told we'll tell you when it's out for delivery. It still hasn't even left their warehouse, courier has not received anything despite them creating a shipping labels days ago.

This method cheats the marketplace systems in to thinking the seller dispatches quickly. Next day delivery doesn't exist. Avoid! I am sending detailed emails to where ever they sell on explaining with evidence. Avoid!

Place is an absolute joke, and I stand by my statement. Not taking it back. Supposed to send out a bouncy castle and if I can I will write on every single page they have to let them know! Absolutely disgusting company and they should be shutdown! Shower of rats

The chair I purchased 3 years ago the weld has broken on the subframe.
No spare parts the suggestion from the company was buy a new one.
£600 down the drain.
I would not recommend this companies after sales.
The problem is the product comes from China.
Never again.
