Delivered on time, quick and easy to assemble product very pleased with my purchase.

Ordering on website was easy. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed about arrival. The bench was exactly as I expected and seems well made and very good quality and value. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I made a mistake ordered 2 by mistake they cancelled one straight away after contacting them and my delivery was bang on time

Received an item which did not reflect the online description. Passed around between 6 different customer representatives giving me different information. Told I would need to pay for the return of an item but then the next day told me they would cover it on this occasion, but guess what- too late and no offer to reimburse my postage. Wouldn’t order from this company again.

Delivered quite fast! Lovely bistro set. It looks good and cozy. Chairs are wide enough. I am happy with the set. Good quality cushions.

Evri saying they will deliver then the same day say they won’t then the same day say they will. No delivery.
Aosom absolutely no help in any shape or form. Been over a week now. Aosom say contact evri yourself.

Firstly, the Aosom emailed discount code did not work. When notified of this, Aosom wanted me to jump through hoops to substantiate my claim.
From there it was all down hill with poor quality materials, terrible construction instructions, missing screws/bolts & bolts without threads. Luckily, I keep a reasonable selection of screws/bolts in my shed.
It took two of us a full day to get this 3 tier coldframe erected.
I'm afraid that for £126 this Outsunny product and Aosom customer service is abysmal. My verdict, don't go near either.

Very easy to order and came when it was supposed to come .No hassle what so ever would purchase again from here .

I ordered a dog crate on wheels.
Perfect for moving easily around the house, cleaning, or shifting between rooms.

Quality is excellent. Delivery fantastic and kept up to date when arriving.

I liked the solid feel to the product, how quickly it got down to 4C regardless of the high UK temperatures right now (up to 35C) and stayed there. However I think its a little noisy and can be clearly heard when I am inside my Campervan. This is not a fridge/freezer, it s either a fridge or a freezer as there is no separate compartment, only a raised shelf above where the compressor lives underneath. Not very practical! I get that the shelf cools first and then cools the rest of the area, but without a separator door it cannot do both, unless you want your fridge contents frozen or your frozen stuff defrosted. There are 4 slots that look like they could accept a shelf that would slide down between them vertically, but no shelf was supplied. I contacted Aosom, but got no response. I may try and cut down a plastic chopping board to fit. Then it would act more effectively like a fridge/freezer. Poor design and for not a lot of effort or cost would transform its practicality. Worse yet, Aosom then offered to pay me £20 (a partial refund in their words), in an attempt to remove a negative review, it means they are attempting to manipulate their public rating through review suppression!

We are willing to offer a £20 partial refund as a form of apology for the product issues you may have experienced. Should that resolution be satisfactory we would kindly ask if you would be willing to remove the feedback.

If you would like to accept this, could you please remove the review and contact us so we can proceed with login the partial refund.

UPDATE: I have emailed Aosom back stating that I am declining their offer.

Excellent service and delivery .the plants arrived on time .very well packaged. Perfect condition no damage to the items. Would highly recommend and use again the future.
