Clearly fraud, poor quality dress that looks nothing like the picture. The site on communicates entirely in Dutch and claims to be based in Haarlem, which is intentionally deceptive: my parcel shipped from China. Replies rare from bots/AI, not a real person. Deceptive from start to finish.

Biggest scam website I've ever come across.

I bought a pair of cargo pants that looked amazing in the photos, but when they arrived, they were nowhere near worth the €40 I paid.

The package was shipped from China, and when I wanted to return it, I was told I had to send it back to China,not to Haarlem, where the company claims to be based.

Don't buy anything from this website. It's a scam company.

Do not order from Mexie-Mode. This website is a textbook dropshipping scam posing as a local Dutch boutique. They deliberately hide the fact that their products are shipped directly from China and violate multiple European consumer laws.

I ordered boots of this site in size 44 they e-mailed me after 2 weeks that they didn’t have my size anymore after that they said I would get a refund and i am still waiting!!!!!! It’s been a month 35 euros down the drain SCAMMMMMMMMM SCAMMMMMMMMM

Shock, 100 euro for 3 blouses, Mexie-mode it most bad quality in my life, i would give blouses cost is 3 euro per one, I would never buy that, on pictures is different look and different print in real life it very very bad, and delivery got 1 month, no information all the time, track- just not move 1 month, site contact 24/7 but no one time in did not get answer for my messeges.... Please dont use that site dont belive pictures, good luck..

I have just received my parcel and I am extremely disappointed. The quality of the fabric is far below what was advertised on the website and does not meet my expectations.

In addition, the delivery time was excessively long, with little to no satisfactory communication from the seller. Between the endless wait and the disappointing product quality, my overall experience has been very negative.

I strongly advise against using this website, as it unfortunately gives the impression of a lack of professionalism and reliability.

Ik heb mijn pakket zojuist ontvangen en ben uiterst teleurgesteld. De kwaliteit van de stof ligt ver onder wat op de website werd voorgesteld en voldoet niet aan mijn verwachtingen.

Daarnaast was de levertijd buitensporig lang, zonder bevredigende communicatie van de verkoper. Door het eindeloze wachten en de teleurstellende kwaliteit van het product is mijn algehele ervaring zeer negatief.

Ik raad deze website ten zeerste af, omdat deze helaas de indruk wekt van een gebrek aan professionaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.

This is a scam. It shows as being dutch, it is not. Bots write the emails. the cloths are late and are the worst quality.

I ordered 2 items, they looked beautiful on the site but when I got them, these garments have clearly come from some low rate company in Shenzhen (there are great tailors in Shenzhen but Mexie Mode definitely don't use them!).

I want to return them, I sent 3 emails to the Info@mexie email address and get an error message each time.

Money down the drain!

If 0 stars were possible, I would give 0 stars - ordered boots, size and look weren't at all close to what was described - tried mailing and contact via site - no reply what so ever - filled a complaint!

I bought winter Jas,after a few minute i feel like it's scam.I write them to cancel but after 2 days they answer wiyth AI that it's not posable.After 3 weeks i got products from Chine, which is not that mentioned in website .I could not open it because of so stinky.I want refund but no human answer only AI answer no retun label.I report them .

Absolute scam. There is no return policy at all. After 10 emails back and forth, need to return to China… there is no return label as per mentioned on their site. Do not buy. Product is such bad quality and smells extremely bad…. Took almost a month to arrive. I will throw it away.

This website is a pure scam. immediately after my order i contacted them to see when will be the delivery date because if it was too late, i wanted to cancel; they told me impossible to cancel because my order was already shipped which was not true because my order arrived with over 16 days later. then i asked for the return process and now, they are offering gift cards or other alternatives but impossible to proceed with a refund. my order was made in June 30th and we are still debating on how i can proceed with a full refund.

Very bad!!!! My order did not fit and now I am still fighting to get my money back. The offer me different options to keep it and it’s not for free to send it back. Worse order ever! The stuff comes straight away from china and it’s very bad!

Avoid this scam business!! Fraud. The item I have recieved was not matching at all my order and I am still fighting with them for the refund and return. They sell chinese sh*t and if you want to return it they even dare to ask you to pay an additional fee or they offer a token for partial value. In case I do not get back my money by tomorrow, legal proceedings will be taken. Enough is enough.

Extremely disappointed — do not trust this company.
I placed an order and never received it. Despite sending over 9 follow-up emails, I received no refund or resolution. At this point, I have no choice but to escalate this issue through legal channels. This experience feels like a scam — I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
