Vanrozenutrecht Reviews

This webshop is a drop shipping service. The quality and the model of the items are very different from the website fotos. I would say the you can order the items for a 10th of the price if Shein or Temu. Please stay away from them.

Horrible!
The products are completely different than showed on the website, and there is no possibility to send it back and get your money back.
DON'T BUY HERE!

Do not order - this site is a scam
I asked to return my items 8 times in the 30day return period and each time they put a new option on the table and at the end said nothing was agreed in the 30 days after purchase so no return or refund could be arranged.

BAD BAD BAD

The colour of the blouse was spinach rather than nile green, and the fabric of very poor quality. I emailed to return it and was told that IDEAL were arguing with Stripe and return payments are blocked until 13 December, 2026

This is my worst purchase experience.

Report them to the police and Stripe through these links. Hopefully we can get refunds.

Totally a scam!

Horrible! This is a company in China!! It does drop shipping. The clothes are made of polyester and when they arrive they are so cheap that I threw mine out. You can't even wear them, they are paper thin material that is see through, loose threads, unfinished seams, not even cut into proper body shape, looks like a halloween costume. Actually I"ve bought better made halloween costumes!! There is no actual store even in the Netherlands and trying to return this is impossible because it's shipped from China and would be an international return. I had noticed the website seemed funny and didn't list what the clothing is actually made of. Stupid me bought them anyway.

rating 0 it's a scam, chinese product of very bad quality and clothes are different then advertised. Size don't match. Very long waiting before you get the clothes, and can't get a refund for them. I filed an official complaint. Don't buy here.

The whole website is a scam, the items are quite poor quality and shipped from China. If you live in the Netherlands and expect shipment from Utrecht within one to two or three days it never happens. The delivery comes from china and it takes a few weeks and on top of that on the website you cannot start return or exchange and even cannot write reviews to write your frustration. And when I contacted customer service they finally replied but told me the shipping costs go up to 40€ or sth for a product I paid 60€ which based on the quality in China you can probably have it made for five to 10 euros max , the fabric is extremely of poor quality and does not match the description of the website and the owner is super irresponsible. The whole experience is a scam. Not only I couldn’t get my money back for exchange which costed less they asked me to pay shipping fees up to 20€. They just try to scam you money. Never Buy Anything From that Website. It is a TOTAL SCAM

Marketed as a Dutch company in Utrecht the company provides for a safe feeling at first. HOWEVER..everything about vanrozenutrecht is a scam. It operates from Hongkong. It sells cheap poor quality chinese material. Delivery takes too much time. Return policy is non existing and too expensive. The result...environment polution, waste of money...your money, and frustration. Its a fraud. Dont buy here.
