Their plushies look great, and they always arrive in mint condition. They're my go-to for collaborative merch for my favorite internetainers.

Other than a little confusion about the delivery being started and finished in the same second, good process. Nice quality plushie, delivered swiftly and with plenty of updates after it was actually made.

Not much to say but I have used them a few times and had zero issues. The products arrived in good condition and I was kept informed about the location of the package once it was en route.

Love the quality of the plush! The way it looks is 100% accurate. The controller attachment easily attaches and deattaches without issue. The texture and feel of the plush has that nice soft quality I would expect from plushies of this price point.

Everything went as expected

I have absolutely no strong feelings about the service provided as everything went well and there were no headaches. That's 5-star service as far as I'm concerned.

Reggie has been reunited with Woolie and and the council is pleased.

Ignored that I even bought this Reggie plushie and he showed up pretty quickly after the first notification emails one day. Good quality to match the Woolie plush.

Plushies are well made, sturdy, and generous with the stuffing. Fabrics feel high quality, colors are vibrant (as much as real life will allow, anyway), and the stitchings feel strong (the plushy is limited edition so I have no intentions of stress-testing its limits).
11/10 would buy again.

Quality of fabric was low, size of plush was smaller than the rest of the collection, almost all details were printed (unlike previous ones), delivery was bad (wasn't told it was out for delivery until the next day after I received it, package was put in the middle of the porch so pedestrians could easily see it, ect)

I love the plushies and they are better than youtooz by alot, quality wise and time they arrive as well, absolutely live these plushies

This plush is cool and high quality also super cute and didint turn me into a stone cube

I have not giving any updates about my recent package all i saw it said it was damaged. Then it keeps saying returning to sender for over a week now and keeps delaying it without any update. I place a ticket with no responds once or ever. I am out of the blue as I see everyone else online showing their order came in.. which is weird how all my other packages came in just fine except for this one.
