Such a great experience, I love my P2S.
I used my printer like crazy after first getting it, then got sick and stopped for almost 2 months. I got back into it a week ago and I've been going non-stop since! I have a P2S, but I'm seriously considering a second printer. Too much fun!

It works fine for about 6-7 months
It works fine for about 6-7 months. Then it just stops working. Issue after issue after issue. This was my kids' Christmas present and has been very frustrating for them because it's more of a hassle than a pleasure. Considering it's been less than a year is there any guarantee?

Your packing of filament is atrocious. There is never any bubble wrap or craft paper in the box. This last order came in two large boxes and I had a box of filament in each get all tore up.

Bambu Lab P2S + AMS
Bambu Lab P2S + AMS — 5 stars
Bought the P2S with AMS two weeks ago and it has been excellent from the first print. Build quality feels solid, setup was straightforward, and it has just worked. No jams, no failed prints, no fiddling.
Print quality is the standout. Layers are clean, colours look consistent through the AMS, and the finish is better than I expected for a machine in this class. You pay more than budget brands, but you get what you pay for — reliable hardware, good filament, and prints that look finished rather than “hobbyist”.
After two weeks of daily use I have had no problems. Fast, quiet enough, and easy to live with. Very happy with it.
Thank you Bambu Lab. Highly recommended.

Better Descriptions
Might be helpful to put descriptions in the item menu, to help people know what the item does, and whether or not it's what they need. Also, include what's included, we did not know we were getting a PTFE adapter with our units when we bought them.
We plan to hook up our 4 AMS units to our machine to be able to print with 16 spools, so it would also be nice to include a section of how to assemble that in the website's F&Q. Otherwise, the products ship quickly and they have products for all your print needs.
