We had a lot of bad issues with the transport company, but with the massive help from Nora, we 've got our bikes .

Issue with piece at delivery.

I had an issue with the closing piece in the middle of the foldable bike. Sending emails with an employee (Pauline) explaining the problem, she attended me kindly and helped me solve the problem. Great service!

I would not recommend buying a bike from this company. Their after-sales service is poor, and the bikes are not of good quality. Overall, I would not recommend them.

Pauline really tried to help me sort out the problem, which wasn’t easy to identify. In the end I received several new components and was able to get the bike working again. It was very helpful to get the advice I. English and to get clear instructions about what I needed to do. Pauline helped in a timely, efficient and friendly manner and I much appreciated the support

Absolutely bad customer service, don't reply to emails. Delivery supposed to be 2 days and no way they deliver, although it's the same region. I don't recommend

2500 quid bike.
With a lifetime frame guarantee.
With nonqulaity control, and no guarnatee either.
Just a lie.
They installed a cheap derailleur hanger that didnt sit flush under the axle nut the frame casting also wasnt true,
And due to the single bolt design of the dr hanger?
It was free to move , under the 1mm out of tolerance step that it created when resting in its slot.
Sonthe entire weight of the bike and all the power delivery down the chain side? Thats combined rider and motor power?
100s of pounds of force all being reliant on a single two tiny areas, thatbl step and eventually just a groove int he hanger.
It was junk when it left the factory.
And the lifetime guarantee has about as much validity as a gypsy curese.
Nor are they based in spain.
Its a shell company for some romanians who think elcistkmernservice to someone english should be conducted in automated spanish using fake ai agents to simply dent all claims .
The honest ai front the operation, isntrained to recognise the inndepth technnalysisnits just read.
The second ai level, thats presented as specialist and inferred as human.
Pretends it doesnt know anything about bikes and just tries to sell you parts .
Rest of the bike is good.
Repalcement part is cheap too but wont ship to uk and should be covered under their "lifetime warranty " as should the motor and derailleur hanger it destroyed.
Willing to let a bad product go. And try to make money off the resulting failure.
Digsusting.

We had an issue with deformed part of rear derailleur. Customer service was super, in three days we got a new part at home. The bike is very tò assemblea and of good qualità.

The customer service is premier service. They contacted me in the same day I messaged them and helped me. I highly recommend Mommabikes. Its an outstanding company that provides great customer service.

Very handy having automatic switching gears. Also its pretty light weight (compared to other e bikes, its still a good amount of weight tho)

My second experience with Support had no issues whatsoever. I asked for a statement and it was sent about an hour later.

It was super helpful and fast! I wasn’t able to find the item I wanted to buy on the website, but just by sending a message, I got everything sorted without any hesitation. Amazing service! 🙌

I had bought this bike to ride in the train for free here in the NL since driving with the car became too costly with the gas prices :(
After a few months of use the pedal broke. I contacted customer service and they immediately offered to send a new set of pedals. That’s great service and really helps define the quality of the bike.

It was an amazing customer service.. my little problem got solved very quickly and the stuff was super friendly.

I ordered a bicycle some time ago, which went very smooth. unfortunately something went wrong during the delivery. but thanks to the excellent help of MOMA (Nora) both via email and phone, all got fixed. during the whole period I was kept in the loop about the progress.
