UPS Delivery

Ok, I have to give you a 2 star. Reason for this i UPS.
I believed UPS should deliver the envelope with 2 small bolts at my home adress, my mail box, or similar.
But no call or SMS regarding this, before a message told me to pick it up at a small kiosk several clicks from my home! I mean, I had to take a tram and a buss to a shady place/UPS pick-up point:( But bolts were fine, and I will use MSP again, but only if you can change method of delivery. UPS? NO!

Thank you for your feedback.

If you are unsatisfied with the delivery, best thing you can do is to place a review at UPS.
This is not a fault of ours but we are responsible for the shipment according to EU law.

UPS should contact you when they deliver the package elswhere than the provided address.
Sometimes delivery companies to things that we simply cannot explain.

I hope this doesn't reflect badly on us.

Next time when you place an order, please reply to the confirmation email that you do not want the package to be shipped with UPS.
We can also ship with DHL or FedEx for you.

Parts for older scooters can be difficult to find, but the part I ordered for my Yamaha Neos arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. Great service and a big thank you to the team!
