Have the full list of Moto Guzzi spares or can at least lay hands on them relatively quickly. Despatch from Netherlands is prompt and quite fast with no additional payments required. Recommended.

Looked for a screen protector that wasn't glass and was preferably not made
in China. This one turned up and is apparently British made. So a winner for
me. Easy to fit and so far (few months now) has been working as designed. Phone's been dropped of tables and motorbike saddles, screen's still intact. Good stuff.

Combined an appointment to mould hearing protection from Auritech and a fitting for a Shoei helmet.
The Auritech moulding went smoothly and as per schedule. Ear plugs eagerly awaited.
Proceeded to the Shoei PFS appointment where against my better judgement I succumbed to a new Neotec 3 albeit with a £100 off the RRP. Have to say it's the quietest and best fitting helmet I've ever had.
However - I did NOT get any shortbread just a ginger thing; very sad.

Responded to my particularly different situation and resolved my issues.

Delivered as per advised time slot. All in good condition. Unlike competitor beginning with U.

Bought some Rokker motorbike jeans in the sale. Colour selected wasn't available in my size so Motolegends phoned me up and asked if I was happy to accept the darker blue for no extra cost. I said yes and they were delivered then extra day.

UPS are without a shadow of doubt the most utterly useless courier delivery firm in Britain. This week we have had successful deliveries from the Post Office, Fed Ex and Evri but UPS have still failed to deliver a parcel from Spain for over 2 weeks now. We believe it has reached their Gloucester depot but can't manage the last 10 miles or so due to UPS utter incompetence. My wife (whose parcel it is) had asked for a delivery to the local collection point but after a week or so we were told this wasn't actually possible as the driver didn't have the access codes (!) to drop things off. My wife got a phone call at 0730 on Wednesday to inform her of this so UPS said they'd deliver to our home address instead. Needless to say this still hasn't happened. I'm tempted to turn up at their depot and make a big fuss until the parcel is handed over. Without a doubt the very worst company to deal with and as for trying to contact them online or by phone the service is so bad it's funny in a hysterical kind of way. Just awful.

UPS apparently can't locate a customer collection point in Homebase, Stroud. They are impossible to contact in any meaningful way and from what I can see have probably plundered the package. A dreadful company to deal with.

Well advised as to delivery time. Polite and friendly driver.

I arranged for the replacement of my elderly father's (90's) boiler. Firstly Glow Green were very competitive on the price of the boiler and its installation. Secondly the process of arranging the purchase and installation was seamless. Finally the local gas engineer who installed the system was on the job from 0800 to 1900 to get a good installation. He then came back a couple of days later and set up the thermostat as per my father's needs- this took another 2 hours.
All in all a very satisfactory procedure.

As always Motolegends performed well. Wanted some replacement armour for my Halvarssons jacket and got the latest version which Motolegends ensured was the right kind and size. Next day delivery as well.

My existing tap seemed to be made of water soluble material and started leaking in a number of places. It was made by a well known sink / tap manufacturer with a name beginning in F.
Decided to replace said tap with pure stainless steel version from this company. Wasn't cheap but was exactly what we wanted.solid, robust stainless steel kitchen tap. Was delivered in a short time and as ordered. A really nice tap which will hopefully last for years.

Visited Motolegends with a view to buying a Klim Marrakesh jacket. Excellent service and guidance to get the right jacket fir me which was actually a size smaller than I'd have bought without the guidance. Wore it to ride all the way to Munich from south London, brilliant.

Motolegends- one of the best. I've found Motolegends to be one of the best biking gear retailers around. Provided what you want is a manufacturer they sell then they are second to none and their range is excellent. Their prices are as good as anyone's. If you just want to aimlessly browse then they are not the shop you want to visit but their website is excellent.

As always SBS service is first class. One of the 2 best bike gear retailers.

Wanted a good quality laminated jacket but at a reasonable price. Staff at Motolegends recommended I try the Halverssson's Walkyr jacket. This jacket fitted perfectly and was reasonably priced. End result I bought it. Jacket is good quality and so far I am very pleased with it. Excellent service from Motolegend's shop and a very nice cup of coffee too!

Offered a very good price for my premium and everything was arranged over the internet so no need to hang around for ages waiting to answer a phone etc. All the necessary documents were delivered in both hard copy and electronic format. To date (and hopefully never will) I have yet to make a claim and the processing of that could of course change my review and opinion.

I've ordered a few bits of stuff from this dealer and the service has always been prompt, the prices are as good as anywhere and the goods have always been delivered in good condition and as per expectations.

Ordered two bare rooted cherry trees. Arrived as advised and well packaged and in good condition. Guidance notes included were useful as well.
