Great Job
Ben Crawford was very helpful from the very start until the end. He is very professional and had answered all my queries. Although there was some delays in the installation date and hiccups on the installation day, it went smoothly in the end. I will greatly recommend Matt (Electrician) and Ramon (Roofer). They did an amazing job, very clean and neat. Thank you.

Boiler Service excellent customer service
The boiler engineer Sean called before arriving and was courteous. He explained everything very well and did all the necessary checks and paperwork required. I was given an after service call to make sure all went well. All in all a good experience with this company.

Mat from instalation teams was absolutely rubbish, it took them 6 weeks to carry out my solar instalation. After sales support was diabolical, never retured my emails or calls. Lied about instalation and made excuses which later turned out to be more lies.

Generally very good but had a few delays due to contractors not completing paperwork which prevented me registering for SEG with Octopus.
Customer service was ok but you often found that it was a bit of a maze finding the right person to talk to.
