First and last time.
I ordered parts for my Triumph motorcycle that were shipped quickly. However, I had a problem with the UPS delivery. They tried to blackmail me, demanding me to pick up my package from a collecting point, more than 20 km from my home if I wanted to receive it on the scheduled day. If I refused, it would be delivered to my home five business days late. I contacted MSP to report this issue, as UPS is their partner, not mine, and their customer service completely ignored me.
Given the number of websites in Europe where you can buy original parts, this one is best avoided.
Also, some O-rings of my order were made in 2014, they are 12 years old!!!! Some rubber seals don't come in an original Triumph bag bur in a CMSNL bag!?
Given how customer service responded to me regarding the delivery, I'm not even going to complain about this; I'm too afraid of bothering them.
Answer to MSP:
Please read my review carefully. I mentioned in my review that the option to have the package delivered to my home was offered, but not on the scheduled date—five business days after the expected delivery date.
So, yes, I agreed to go and collect the package, but only because I had no other choice in terms of delivery time. I had planned around the delivery date given by UPS; I couldn't wait another five days. This decision was made due to the five-day delay announced one business day before the scheduled delivery date; it wasn't a choice I had made freely. I want to clarify that between the time UPS received the package and announced the delivery date (August 24, 2026) and the time they called me to announce a 5-day delay to the original address, nothing change, the delivery address didn't change.
So why did they announce a 5-day delay to deliver at tge planned address (at home)?
Apparently, you don't seem to understand the pressure UPS is putting on people waiting for their packages, you're even on their side.

Please tell the whole story when you write a review.
It is very convenient of you to leave out the part that UPS could give your package to the local delivery services so they can deliver it to your house.
No-one tried to blackmail you.
You just didn't like the two options you wre given.
There is a huge difference between the two.
UPS has contacted you to ask you what you wanted to do with your package as they do not deliver to your remote address.
They have given you the option to give your package to the local delivery services (which is normal), or they could deliver the package to a service point 23 km away.
Unfortunately, you did not want them to give your package to the local delivery services as you thought that this would take too long.
You choose to get your package delivered to the service point 23 km away.
After you have chosen for a pick-up, you complained to us that your package wasn't delivered at your home.
Well, you choose for the pick-up, so we honestly do not know what the problem is here.
You have chosen for a pick-up 23km away, and this is what UPS has done for you.
If you did not want to pick up your package 23 km away, you should have let UPS give the package to the local delivery service so the locals can deliver it to your house.
We have answered all your emails within 1 buisiness day of you sending them.
After I have told you that I cannot help you with this because you have chosen this yourself, you kept complaining.
Again: I cannot help you with this when you choose this yourself.
Replying to your further complaints is of no use as you have created your own problem by choosing the pick-up.
We work together with CMSNL and we share a warehouse.
If we have part that they do not have, they will use ours and the other way around.
If the part you have received is faulty, we will re-order it for you or we will refund you.
This is up for you to decide.
Just let our costumer service know and they will solve it for you.
But do not start complaiing about the shipping again as this will be ignoired because you have chosen for delivery at a pick up point yourself.
