I’d been putting off sorting the garage for months because there was nowhere sensible to put anything. The rack I ordered has enough room for tool cases, car cleaning supplies and a few heavier boxes. It took a bit of time to arrive, but that was mentioned before I paid. Everything came protected inside the package and there were no missing parts. It has made the space much easier to use.

The kitchen containers have been such a good buy. My cupboards were always messy because packets kept falling over and getting pushed to the back. I transferred most of my dry food into these and the shelves look so much cleaner now. The lids close properly too, which was the main thing I was worried about.

The storage boxes are simple but they do the job well. They stack neatly, don’t feel flimsy, and helped clear a lot of loose stuff from the utility room.

I finally sorted out the corner of my dressing table that was constantly covered in brushes, bottles and little bits. The organiser looks clean, doesn’t take up too much space, and has enough sections for everything I use most days. It has made the whole area much easier to keep tidy. Definitely one of those small purchases that gets used every day.

Shocking service,takes forever . Won't use again

The shelving unit was easy enough to put together without needing another pair of hands. Once assembled it felt solid and there was no movement even after loading it with heavier boxes. For the price, I’m pleased with what I got.

Had a minor delay with the courier, but the support team replied quickly when I emailed. Parcel arrived safely a couple of days later.

Bought a small bathroom basket on a whim and ended up liking it more than the main thing I ordered. It fits neatly under the sink and holds far more than I expected.

Shipping took around the time shown on the site, so there wasn’t much to complain about. Tracking worked all the way through and the box arrived without any damage.

A 5 and 7 arrived I have told them they have sent the wrong numbers provided photos and said I want to return they will only either give me a 50% refund or I have to pay for shipping the numbers back to china!
This isn’t in line with uk law and am taking it further

Ordered a few garage storage pieces and they’ve been useful from day one. The wall organiser keeps all the smaller tools where I can actually find them.

I had a question about my delivery after the tracking stopped changing for a couple of days. Customer service replied the same afternoon and explained what was happening. The parcel turned up shortly after and everything inside was fine. Good communication made a big difference.

I bought sofa wraps which unfortunately did not fit my sofa. I requested a refund and after providing photographic evidence, I was offered 30% store credit and I could keep the items; 20% partial refund and I could again keep the items; or full refund and would have to send back to China at my own expense!

I would just warn that to think twice before using this company, because if you have to send back, then it's really poor experience for the customer.

First time ordering and it went well. Products looked the same as they did online and everything was packed properly.

Dooped into thinking I was buying HOKAS but they were plastic sneakers for $70. DO NOT BUY

There are a surprising number of useful items on the website. I went on looking for one storage box and ended up adding a few kitchen and cleaning bits as well. The order took a little while to arrive, but I received regular updates along the way. Everything was useful rather than stuff I regretted adding to the basket.

Good updates from order confirmation through to delivery. I liked not having to chase anyone for information.

This was my first purchase here and I mainly chose the store because there were so many practical home items in one place. Shipping wasn’t instant, but the estimated time shown when I ordered was accurate. My parcel came securely packed and every item matched what I had chosen. Nothing complicated, just a good shopping experience.

I ordered a few storage pieces for the bathroom and bedroom after seeing several things I liked on the site. The baskets are a good size, the organisers feel sturdy, and nothing looks cheap. I was also pleased with how carefully everything was packed. I’ll probably come back when I start sorting out the kitchen.
