I picked up a few small pieces for my bedroom because it was starting to feel a bit plain. The vase was my favourite but the little shelf accessories worked really well too. Nothing looked cheap when it arrived and the colours were close to what I saw online. I ended up moving a few things around just to make space for them.

I was setting up a small work area at home and ordered several things at once rather than shopping around different sites. The range made that convenient. Everything arrived in one delivery and there were no missing parts. The quality was consistent across the order too, which was probably the part I was most pleased with.

Really pleased with the storage baskets. They fit neatly in my wardrobe and finally stopped all my smaller things from getting mixed together.

The frying pan heats evenly and cleaning it hasn't been a problem. I've used it for breakfast, meat and a few quick dinners already.

The fruit rack turned out to be more useful than I thought it would be. It doesn't take up much counter space but holds a decent amount. Took only a few minutes to put together and feels stable once loaded.

Bought a floor lamp for the corner beside my reading chair and it has worked out perfectly. The light is soft enough for the evening but still bright enough when I need it. Assembly wasn't difficult either.

The bathroom shelf is much nicer than I expected for the price. It holds all my skincare without making the counter look crowded.

I had a question about my order after placing it and sent a message expecting to hear back the next day. Someone replied much sooner and sorted it for me. The parcel arrived a few days later with no problems. That made the whole purchase feel much easier.

Do not trust this company. The products were awful and not as described. I bought a ‘super soft cloud dressing gown’ - it was flimsy, badly made and cheap. Product sent from china and took 9 days to arrive even though I paid for express 48hr delivery. It was not clear on the website that products were sent from china and that I would have to pay to send it back if I wasn’t happy. Refund policy is shocking

I bought some outdoor lights for the garden without expecting them to change much. Once they were set up, the whole area looked better at night. They give enough light around the seating area without being too bright. For what I paid, I'm happy with them.

I have just received my Faironto Style haven door mate for high traffic areas. Waited weeks and now finally arrived what a load of rubbish! It arrived screwed up in polythene bag. Very poor quality, cheap and totally inadequate as a door mat. I own thicker and better quality tea towels! Very regrettable online purchase. Going straight in the bin.

I will not be using this website again. I ordered a hammock, which took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was stained and poor quality.
I emailed customer service to ask for a refund and I got an ai response which offered me just 40% back, instead of paying for postage to send it back to China. Once I asked for the full refund (which I am entitled to) they then said they would pass me on to someone else, who would then be in touch. I have had no response since.

Even though the website makes it look like a decent brand, I don't believe that it is. I will not be ordering again

My parcel came well packed and the tracking updated properly from dispatch to delivery. Everything I ordered was exactly as shown.

I needed something to organise the desk in my home office because cables, notebooks and small accessories were constantly everywhere. The organiser has enough space without taking over the desk. It was ready to use within minutes and feels sturdy. My workspace is a lot less messy now.

There is a nice mix of practical and decorative things on the website which is what made me keep adding things to my basket. I originally went on for one bathroom item and somehow ended up ordering things for the bedroom and kitchen too. Everything came together in one parcel and was packed carefully. I would shop here again when I next want to update a room.

Still waiting for my bathrobe 4 weeks now and no information or delivery scheduled.
Very disappointed and would never order from this company again. I live in Spain. Maybe they shouldn't advertise shipping here.

I also ordered a shade sail as per previous review. AI images render this not fit for purpose. Largest Material quite heavy, only has 4 small o rings and supplied with a ribbon. Website has no mention of returns are international, I asked for a refund and they wanted the barcode on each pack. I was then told my option was to keep it to save returning it internationally. 30% credit towards a store item and keep the shades. 20% partial refund to original payment and you can keep the item. I said no it’s against consumer law and I received another email. Then offered me 40% credit and 30% refund. Or return to China at my expense to receive full refund. The website looks to be legit and I checked Trust pilot but that was before anyone else mentioned sails on the reviews. Return would cost more than half of what the item cost. I also understand these items are not always accepted at customs and get sent back. My credit card company are now dealing with this.

Bought a shade sail.
Took 3 weeks to arrive, despite asking to cancel on day 7, given website said 4 days delivery, item was ‘already shipped’. quality was that of a product 4x cheaper found on amazon.
Ridiculous returns policy despite being sent to me from uk, return address was China at my expense.

Would not use again, cheap distribution behind an ok website.

I’m waiting for2weeks and can’t find tracking still pending on website was 2-3days but not fair to not have access to check.doggy company

I’d been looking for a few things to refresh my bedroom without spending too much. Everything arrived looking exactly like I hoped and the quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery took around a week which was perfectly reasonable. I'd happily order again.
