Disappointed by Lack of Response on Warranty Claim
I’ve always loved Le Creuset products and expected great service to match the quality of the brand, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing.
I contacted customer service on 6 October about a Kone Kettle that developed rust inside despite careful use and following cleaning instructions. I promptly provided all the requested details and photos the next day, and followed up again on 17 October after hearing nothing back.
It’s now been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received any update or acknowledgment that my claim is being processed. For a premium brand, this level of communication is really frustrating and not what I expected.
I hope posting this review prompts a response, as I’d still like to get the issue resolved. I just want the reliable quality and service Le Creuset is known for.

Terrible customer service
One of my pots developed a chip in the centre of the base approx. 11mths after purchase. After multiple emails, calls which are not always answered, and mailing the pot back over 3 weeks ago, I still have received no correspondence, refund or replacement. Very disappointing for such an expensive brand.

I phoned the customer helpline twice was on hold for over 20 mins each time and then got cut off
got through third time and spoke with a really lovely person, they have redeemed themselves so much with this girl she was so understanding and offered realistic advice
Sending the offending pan to them, so will await their feedback
I do think they have a good quality just this one seems to be a manufacturing issue
Le Creuset lever-operated corkscrew
I found that my Le Creuset implement, a lever-operated scork screw was no longer working and was failing to extract corks. I contacted Le Creuset, whose number was given me by the retailer who sold me the implement. After an exchange I was asked to return the implement to Le Creuset and before long I was informed that it would be replaced. Sortly afterwards the replacement arrived and all is well.

Horrible Customer Service, Nonexistent Communication
I’m an American citizen… while traveling UK last month I purchased the Pumpkin Cocotte in Garnet. It was mailed to my flat and it was damaged upon receipt. I had to return to the USA and did not have time to mail it back for an exchange, but I did submit a claim to them via their helpline email. It has been 20+ days with absolutely no response from them. I waited their stated 10 business days before following up and all my communication has been ignored and now I am out of the 30 day return window. I just want my money back but now I’m stuck with a $400 pumpkin I can’t use or return. I will never do business with Le Creuset UK again.

Le Creuset were excellent in helping me with a very minor issue. They went the extra mile to post to me a small replacement part for one of my Le Creuset products which I had received as a wedding gift almost eight years ago. Their team was both helpful and friendly.
They do not honour their lifetime guarantee
Life long user of Le Creuset here. It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review. We as customers have made a decision to pay a premium price for these products because we expect high quality and reassurance that if there are any short fallings, we would be covered under the “Lifetime Guarantee”. This has not been the case for me. Not only has my pan has failed prematurely, Le Creuset have denied my claim without even asking to inspect the faulty product in person. I treated this pan with more care than any of my Circulon and ProCook pans, yet it has still failed much sooner than them. I will not support this company nor recommend them any longer.

Fabulous customer service (and products!)
Le Creuset are a fabulous company with great products. They replaced my damaged kettle with no quibble. I have many many of their products and love every single item. I highly recommend their products and highly praise their customer service.

Appalling customer service standards.
I bought a le cruest utensil jer that parcelforce did not deliver and, after receiving no response to emails to le cruest after 4 days, I called the customer service helpline.
I was told that it is their internal policy to respond to customer emails only before 10 days has elapsed and if you send a chasing email, the 10 day period resets!
I wrote a review for them and this was their response:
“Our team have read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!”
