As a previous customer of Circulon pans i find the quality very good. However, ordering items on the Circulon/Meyer website has been a nightmare. I ordered a 4 part set (saucepans/frying pans) that were advertised as including a free set of wine glasses. I also ordered a 2 part set of a roasting pan and baking sheet. Delivery stated as 2-5 days. Had an email from Amazon (not ordered through Amazon) stating delivery of 2 boxes on 4th September. This was fine as this was the 5 day delivery window. Then received an email saying they had been delayed and would be delivered on 5th Sept, when we would be out most of the day. I wanted to set a safe space for leaving the parcel. However, tracking link did not work. Saw some very small print stating they were working with Royal Mail and click link for delivery options. Royal Mail did not recognise the tracking number. On 5th, received another email from Amazon saying would be delivered that day - this time the link to Royal Mail did work and confirmed delivery. One box delivered containing one saucepan and 2 frying pans. Amazon email with tracking link still said second box would be delivered that day. After several attempts got into Royal Mail tracking which now said expected delivery on 8th Sept but no guarentee. Royal Mail then delivered the box on 7th Sept containing the remaining saucepan and the 2 trays. No free wine glasses. Small print in order confirmation tells you to contact them by replying to email if not delivered within 2-5 days. Emailed re incomplete delivery. Response was to ask me to click a link and fill a form saying exactly what I had already said in the email. Submitted this. Have replied re missing glasses but no idea when I will get a response. Will never buy from this website again.

I had a set of pans which were a present a while ago and they were faulty. I emailed customer service and they replaced them with the life time guarantee. Very quick efficient service. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy circulon again

Really disappointed with this pan. It is advertised as having a non-stick ceramic coating, but in my experience it is anything but non-stick.

I’ve tried cooking with oil and butter together, and I’ve also tried using oil on its own, but food still sticks badly to the surface. I’ve followed normal cooking methods and made sure the pan was properly lubricated, yet the result is the same.

For a pan specifically sold on its non-stick ceramic performance, I expected much better. Having to scrape food from the bottom completely defeats the purpose of buying a non-stick pan in the first place.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pan and certainly wouldn’t buy another one.

Bought a pot set for over £300 a year ago. The non stick on one frying pan which is used for a twice weekly omlette and hand washed has stopped performing. Wrote to Circulon 4 times and have had no reply even though they acklowleded the email and photos.

Dreadful experience. Ceramic pans offer a lifetime guarantee and dishwasher safe use. Despite using silicone & wooden tools, barest use of the pans on low to medium heat, the non-stick began to degrade.

I initially reached out over Instagram (one of their "we reply fastest" options) and was ignored. I pivoted to WhatsApp where they looked at the photos of the product, declared that both were my fault, and have refused to engage any further citing Trading Standards as my option (they won't get involved with frying pan discourse). I personally thought it was a touch disheartening that the units discoloured so much on regular cooking but took it for granted that this is just what happens.

Considering the ONLY evidence you can ever provide is a day by day video diary of your cooking, their word is gospel and they will send you away with a discount for a replacement. My own experience is that the performance of the pans increased significantly once I switched to handwash, but by this point it seems the damage was done. This, however, is not enough for the CX gatekeepers who dismiss the theory and say that the visual evidence points to misuse. Which is incredible.

After some dialogue, the case has been considered closed and I have no more recourse. "We're right, you're wrong, you get nothing".

Also note that the incredible review histories of the products are padded with [part of a promotion] 4/5* results - these are gameable by vendors who often incentivise rapid reviews before the product can be fully assessed.

My advice: if your tipping point in guarantee and dishwasher safe ceramic coating - just bypass it and go straight to another vendor, this will not live up to billing.

Extremely poor purchased a very expensive wok. It started to stick and burn food. We are for a replacement in line with the guarantee and it was refused as they stated we were using the pain on to higher heat. We were only using the pan on an electric hob. Customer service very poor. Had to chase for weeks and then had to raise a formal complaint.

I am very disappointed with my purchase as these frying pans are not the same quality as the previous Circulon products! It take so long to get hot! Would not recommend

Bought a Scratch Defence A1 Series frying pan about a year ago and food is sticking. It has a lifetime warranty and I have followed all their care advice. I submitted a request for support / claim through their website 3 weeks ago and still waiting for a response from an agent. Really poor service - and pans!

Purchased 4 pans in 2023. Three are still performing well but the fourth has lost its' non-stick coating, very similar to many of the negative reviews on here.
Completed Circulon's online form claiming under its' "lifetime guarantee" and had an automatic response giving me a claim number 406685 and asking for the website link to the product, to which I replied. I have heard nothing in 28 days and have sent email asking for current status of claim with no response.
I suspect this claim will result in the same reasons for failure given by Circulon in other reviews, even though this pan has been used in exactly the same way as the other three, has never been used on a hot burner and has only been cleaned with washing up liquid.

UPDATE: Response now received, as expected it says the usual script that I have mis-used the pan, even that it has not been thoroughly cleaned despite me following their advice only to use mild detergents!
This guarantee is a con, the pan did not come with any instructions stating the parameters of the heat temperature allowed. I have low, medium and one high burner, it has NEVER been on the high burner, presumably it would have melted if I had!
Do not waste your money, I shall not be buying Circulon or Meyer cookware again and will advise anyone I know not to neither.
I am also advising trading standards of this sharp practice by Circulon.

I have plenty of circulon tins, saucepans etc so on my recommendation my daughter spent a lot of money on new cookware for her new house. Unfortunately they arrived damaged. She has spent time trying to email and phone Circulon to report this. She has got nowhere. Emails are left unanswered and phone lines just ring and ring and then stop. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. I wish I had never recommended your company.

I purchased a Circulon ScratchDefense frying pan because it was heavily marketed with bold durability claims such as “130x Longer Lasting” and backed by a “Lifetime Guarantee.” These claims were a significant factor in my purchasing decision.

However, after just over a year of normal daily household use, the non-stick coating failed completely, causing even basic foods such as eggs to stick badly.

I have always taken good care of the pan. I used only silicone utensils to avoid scratching and followed the manufacturer’s care guidance. The pan was used on low to medium heat for the vast majority of cooking. Occasionally, I used higher heat briefly for searing, which Circulon states is an acceptable use of the product. At no point did I repeatedly cook on high heat or misuse the pan.

Despite following the recommended usage guidelines, the non-stick coating deteriorated prematurely after approximately 14 months of normal household use.

When I submitted a warranty claim to Meyer Group (Circulon), the experience was extremely disappointing.

1. Warranty Claim Rejected Based Solely on a Photograph

My claim was initially rejected based only on a photograph. Customer service stated that the pan had been “overheated” and showed “residue build-up.”

I strongly disagree with this conclusion. My cooking practices were consistent with Circulon’s own guidance: using low to medium heat for most cooking, with only occasional brief periods of higher heat for searing, which is an intended and acceptable use of the product.

Furthermore, over 90% of the stainless steel base remained bright, silver, and undamaged. In my view, this was not consistent with the conclusion that the pan had been subjected to thermal abuse or misuse.

2. Warranty Process Created an Unreasonable Barrier

After I challenged the decision, Meyer requested a physical inspection of the pan but refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label.

I was required to pay the return shipping cost myself before the product could even be inspected, despite the pan being covered by a heavily advertised “Lifetime Guarantee” and having failed after a relatively short period of normal use.

In my view, requiring customers to incur additional costs to prove that a product has failed prematurely creates an unreasonable barrier to making a warranty claim and does not reflect the level of support customers would reasonably expect from a premium cookware brand.

3. Product Durability Fell Far Below Expectations

For a premium frying pan marketed with claims such as “130x Longer Lasting” and supported by a “Lifetime Guarantee,” complete non-stick failure after approximately 14 months of careful household use was far below my expectations.

The reliance on a subjective photo-based assessment, together with the refusal to provide prepaid return shipping for inspection, significantly reduced my confidence in the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Fortunately, Amazon UK, as the retailer, handled the matter professionally. After I returned the pan through Amazon’s standard returns process, Amazon reviewed the situation and issued a full refund.

My experience with Amazon was positive and straightforward, which was in contrast to my experience dealing directly with the manufacturer.

If you are considering purchasing Circulon because of its advertised durability claims or “Lifetime Guarantee,” please be aware that my experience suggests that making a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer may not be straightforward. While others may have different experiences, I found the warranty handling process disappointing and not consistent with the expectations created by the product’s marketing claims.

Brilliant service and products from Circulon. I have used their pans for years and will continue to do so. The most recent pans I ordered were packaged very well and arrived very quickly. They are such good quality.

Used to fry steak at a hot temp and surfaces came up and the pan was unusable. I asked for my life time warranty replacement... they said.. 'To clarify, this does not relate to normal cooking use, including occasional short periods of higher heat (for example, searing). However, due to the construction of this cookware, featuring an aluminium encapsulated base, it is designed to perform effectively at low to medium temperatures. Prolonged or repeated use above these recommended levels can lead to the type of wear and surface damage shown'.
So no new pan... do not trust them..

The quality of the pan obviously. I have two Infinity pans now.
