It is absolutely a rubbish item, don't buy it

It is absolutely a rubbish item, comes with defect and when I asked for return and refund the company will not responsible for the postal charge. It is a heavy item and also comes with a big box, they want the original package to be returned. Definitelyvit will cost much more than the cost of the pan. It is really ridiculous and unbelievable. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL BE UPSET ABOUT IT.

Great Quality and Great Customer Service

I have lots of Stellar pans (also knives and cutlery) as they’re a good quality UK brand, but this was the first time I’d needed to claim under their lifetime warranty. I had a milk pan which stopped working on my induction hob. Stellar’s customer service was exemplary. No quibble and a great replacement was delivered two days later. That level of service cannot be faulted.

Please steer clear of this company

Please steer clear of this company
Bought 2 sautee pans both lost their non stick after very little use
When i approached them they said your meant too build up the heat gradually. what a load of rubbish been cooking for 40 years and that is a new one on me
They offered 20% percent off some other rubbish they was trying too get rid off
The gurantee isnt worth the paper its written on
Please avoid this company
They should be on rogue traders
Also will send the pans too trading standards

Poor customer service, meaningless warranty

I have purchased 2 non stick sauté pans. One for my son, one for myself.
Both have lost their non stick properties. Stellar are not interested in honouring their warranty. The pans are not for purpose.
The warranty is meaningless.
They send a standard cut and paste response and offer a 20 % reduction.
Not good enough. Avoid this company at all costs.

Unfit for purpose

I purchased two sets of Stellar roasting tins, drawn in by the five-year guarantee. Within the guarantee period the non-stick coating had completely failed, so I contacted them to claim under the guarantee.
Their response was that the coating had “overheated” and that I should avoid exceeding a medium heat setting, never use high heat, and “match the exterior base of the pan with the closest matching sized hob ring.” For anyone wondering, these are roasting tins. They go in the oven. They have never been anywhere near a hob, and it’s fairly clear this was a stock response written for stovetop pans, not the product I actually bought.
For the record, I have never used high heat on these tins in any case. We slow roast on a low setting, so the idea that excessive heat caused this simply doesn’t apply. Regardless, if a roasting tin can only be trusted on a low or medium oven setting, that’s not a minor caveat, that’s an admission it can’t cope with normal oven use. Who would knowingly buy a roasting tin that can’t handle high heat? Nowhere on the product listing or in the instructions was any such limitation mentioned. I also have other non-stick trays, from other manufacturers, used in the exact same oven, which have shown no deterioration at all.
Instead of addressing any of this, I was offered a 20% discount code as a “goodwill gesture,” on the same range of products that had just failed. I have since responded setting all of this out and am waiting to hear back.
So, to summarise: a company selling a “premium” roasting tin with a five-year guarantee, whose own explanation for the fault amounts to admitting the product can’t reliably cope with the heat of an oven, with no such warning given at the point of sale, and a customer service reply that reads like it was copied from generic pan care guidance rather than anything specific to what I bought.

I have a number of standard pans from Stellar and love them. Imagine my surprise when I was bought 2 frying pans at Christmas. They are absolutely not fit for purpose. They burn at any temperature and not usable. My £15 non stick is a better product. I have discussed this twice with Stellar to no avail.. just 20% off my next purchase. That is not customer service and I shall not purchase again.

Non-stick guarantee worthless

I bought three 7000 series non-stick pans from Stellar. Over time the non-stick gradually failed on the pans, with the one I used most failing first. I contacted them to claim under their lifetime guarantee and 10 year non-stick guarantee. I was told that I had overheated the pans. This is not true, I have never used them on a high heat. The failure is not consistent with a single overheating event and the non-stick has not lasted for the period guaranteed.

They refuse to honour their guarantee. I gave them the chance to do the right thing, but their "guarantee" is not worth anything. It seems other people have the same experience.

The product quality is poor and the customer service is diabolical.

To add insult to injury they offer a 20% "goodwill" discount. Goodwill is something over and above what is required and what is required is for them to honour their guarantee. What makes them possibly think I would ever want to buy anything from them again?!

Non Stick Farce

I bought the Stellar 7000 range cook set, and after around 1.5yrs the frying pan lost it's non stick. I spoke with the manufacturer, and they eventually sent out a replacement. A further year later, the same has happened again. I contacted the manufacturer, and sent photos, only to be told that I had been using the wrong temperature, on the wrong hob size. Even though they admitted that certain cooking needs to be on a higher heat.
As a gesture of goodwill, they offered a 20% discount of any future products that I would like to buy.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE 10 YEAR + WARRANTIES.

Be careful of special offers

Be careful of special offers, they say you can get a free item if you spend a certain amount, then when you sign up to the newsletter the free item is withdrawn although it's on the checkout at the end you will not receive the special offer.

Non stick Guarantee pointless

Brought a set of pans (the 7000) which included non stick frying pan with 10 year guarantee on the non stick. 5 years later the non stick has started to come away all round the pan. This pan was not used consistently as we had several other frying pans. I made a claim and it was rejected as apparently I had over heated the frying pan and scratched the surface even though I had only used plastic spatula and I explained any marks were caused by hand washing stuff stuck to the non stick. I had read that this would happen in another review and so I am letting people know the non stick guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on. All that being said the stainless steel pans have been great just don’t bother with the non stick.

overpriced, poor material quality, and very disappointing performance.

I bought the Stellar Profile 20cm Casserole expecting the same quality as an older Stellar pan I own. After one use, the difference in quality was obvious.

The base scratched and marked almost immediately and the exterior shows visible marks after washing. During normal cooking it burned my food far more easily than other pans I own. For a pan costing £71, the materials and performance feel extremely poor.

I also own a much cheaper pan from a well-known retailer that cost about a third of the price and performs significantly better, which makes the price of this pan very hard to justify.

Customer service was also disappointing. After explaining the issue and sending photos, I was told the marks were “normal use” and therefore not considered a fault, despite the pan being used only once.

I purchased this because of Stellar’s reputation and because an older pan from the brand performs very well. Based on this experience, the current product quality feels much lower than expected.

Great customer service

Our non-stick pan recently developed a lot of scratching and loss of the coating. I got in contact with customer service, who offered to send out a replacement pan the next day. Although it was a shame the coating disintegrated after just a few years, the excellent customer service wowed me.

The other stainless steel pans we have are all performing well, keep their strength and cook evenly. Would recommend.

I had a defect in my Stellar Rocktanium pan. Unfortunately the surface started disintegrating after 3 years of limited use. I did approach stellar about the problem and the guarantee but was told it was due to the use of the product. Unfortunately I don’t have any other pans showing the same issues (le creuset, circulon) so I was very disappointed with that response and in particular why one out of two would fail so quickly. I will never buy Stellar again and I have replaced my pan with an excellent Circulon Steelshield Nonstick.

Stellar not honouring lifetime guarantee

I have bought two sets of Stellar saucepans , first set in 1995, second set years after. One set i use at home, second set in my holiday home . One of the saucepans has become pitted, stained and tarnished.
I emailed customer services, who asked for pictures of the saucepans, measurements and proof of purchase. I sent the photos and measurements and explained I don't have the receipt from over 20 years ago. I was told that nothing can be done without proof of registration of product / proof of purchase or receipt. On their website it states it is advisable to register/ keep proof of purchase. It does NOT state it is compulsory.
Really disappointed that they have not honoured their life time guarantee, despite me being a loyal repeat customer since 1995. Only one pan out of 9 that I own has a fault and they won't help me

"Lifetime Guarantee" not honoured

Purchased two non-stick frying pans in 2023 which have a lifetime guarantee. The coating on both pans has failed over time and I contacted the team with photos. They have advised that I have misused the pans by cooking with the heat to high?! I don't know how they can tell this from the picture and "high heat" is subjective and surely varies from appliance to appliance? Would not recommend!

Shocking quality

Shocking quality. Had a frying pan for 2 weeks and its got loads of cuts in the non stick from the spatula. Avoid this brand. Their gaurentee isnt worth anything. They won't replace anything just claim its damaged from use. Guess you have to not use them for the gaurentee to be valid?? Avoid

Purchased a set of sauce pans for 186 pounds. Week later they’re 50% off. So called the company to see if they’d do anything. They’re stance is they’d rather loose a sale ( me returning them at my cost ) than offer anything towards this discount. Representative couldn’t be less bothered , will not be using them again and have returned the pans. Terrible marketing and worse customer service.
