I couldn't be more impressed with Le Creuset's customer service and warranty process. On Monday, July 20, I emailed photos of my Heritage Rectangular Casserole after it unexpectedly cracked while my mom was cooking a roast. I received a prompt response letting me know the dish was covered under warranty and was asked to send my top three color choices for a replacement.
After I replied with my color selections, I was quickly notified that my first-choice color would be shipped. To my surprise, the replacement arrived just one week later on Monday, July 27!
The entire process was incredibly easy, professional, and hassle-free. Le Creuset stood behind their product without hesitation, communicated clearly every step of the way, and exceeded my expectations with the speed of the replacement. It's rare to find a company that provides customer service this exceptional.
Thank you, Le Creuset, for making the warranty process so simple and for demonstrating why your brand has such an outstanding reputation. You've earned a loyal customer, and I'll continue recommending Le Creuset to family and friends!
Very happy with my Le Creuset purchase
Very happy with my Le Creuset purchase. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and it feels like a pan that's built to last for years. It performs beautiful in the kitchen and looks great on the table as well. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a bit heavier than I expected on the expensive side.
That said, the quality justifies the investment, and I would purchase from Le Creuset again.
Took a while but finally received what I ordered
I ordered two mugs, one in Chambray and another in Sea Salt color. When they arrived, Sea Salt was shattered due to very poor packaging without even a "Fragile" label. So I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. I was clear in my request that I need a replacement on the Sea Salt mug. After waiting for more than a week, I was excited to receive my Sea Salt mug. But to my surprise, they sent another Chambray. So I emailed them again. And they said "unfortunately, we can only offer you a Chambray mug". So I never received what I actually paid for. When I checked their website, the mug in Sea Salt was available, not out of stock or discontinued. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.
Update (05/28/2026): Le Creuset customer service contacted me and sent two mugs in Sea Salt (one is extra) which I received today. I appreciate that the company made the effort to make this right, and it is nice to finally have the mug in the color I really wanted!

The lifetime warranty is a huge scam
The lifetime warranty is a huge scam. I bought a cast iron skillet at the end of 2023 in Portugal, and right from the first few uses, the inside showed discoloration and some signs of rust.
I took it back to the store and was told that this was "normal." Even though I didn't agree, I accepted it and kept using the product.
Recently, a piece of the exterior enamel chipped off and started to rust. I contacted the warranty department and they basically "washed their hands" of it; according to them, it was my fault due to some impact on the enamel, which didn't happen.

I would give them zero but it’s not an option.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Le Creuset customer service has been so frustrating that it absolutely warrants one.
Despite spending hours trying to get help—both on the phone and via email—I received little to no response. Calls went unanswered or unresolved, emails were ignored, and at no point did it feel like anyone was taking ownership of the issue. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
The situation itself is even more disappointing. I paid for overnight shipping, yet my order was sent ground, immediately delaying delivery. To make matters worse, the package was shipped to the wrong address, which created an entirely avoidable mess. After all the time I spent tracking it down myself, there was still zero meaningful effort from customer service to correct the mistake or provide a clear solution.
Most concerning of all, one item from my order has still not been delivered or refunded. At this point, I’m left without the product I paid for, without reimbursement, and without any confidence that this will ever be resolved. I ordered a replacement piece through Willliams & Sonoma, which has already been delivered, while the piece I ordered from Le Creuset is still out there somewhere, apparently.
This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer service, logistics, and accountability. For a company at this price point, customers should expect responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through. Instead, I encountered indifference and inefficiency at every step.
I sincerely hope this is addressed, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering directly from Le Creuset.

Worst customer service / product missing
We ordered 2x sea salt 16 piece dinner sets. We received a message to say Royal Mail has them and wants us to collect them from a depot which is 1hr away from our house. Why were these not delivered to our address as requested? I have contacted Le Creuset via the chat agent, no one replied for over two hours despite saying “you are next in line, average wait time 1 min”. I have then messaged on Facebook and had no reply. I have also tweeted and no reply. We spent £600 on a dinner set, have had terrible customer service, and the product was not even delivered to our house! What kind of company are you running here. This is totally unacceptable.
False advertising and shitty product
Bought two vacuum flasks for keeping soup warm. The flasks were warm on the outside, indicating that they radiated the heat away, and after just 4 hours at room temperature, the content was completely cold.
A complete and utter failure. Anyone selling a product like that *knows* they are selling garbage, so while I do like my Le Creuset dutch oven, they are now on my blacklist for life.
Love the products but Customer Service…
Love the products but Customer Service is terrible. I bought a kettle in October 2025, within days the handle of the lid came off and the lid hit the floor and was chipped - I contacted them straight away. I had to fill in a form with photos, proof of purchase etc. I then received a passive aggressive message telling me that it would take 3 weeks to come back to me not to contact them again otherwise I would go back to the bottom of the queue. Finally last month (3 and 1/2 months after contacting them) I got a message saying that they do not do lid replacements but they found an ex display one they will send me in 5-7days - I have still not received it and to be honest an “ex display” replacement lid is not really
the answer considering their product was faulty. It would appear I need to buy a new kettle, not but from them again and chalk it up to experience - what a shame.
Le Creuset has amazing customer service
I have bought many pieces of Le Creuset over the years. They have held up Great and been well worth the money in my opinion. I had one recently that really was my fault as far as the damage that was sustained. I left it on a burner with no water in it and it fused to my cooktop. I contacted the company with photos and told them what happened because they do have a very good warranty. They told me that this was not a warranty covered issue, but they went ahead and sent me a replacement pot anyway! Who does that? These pots are pricey, but they hold up for many lifetimes and to work with a company that has such incredible customer service is amazing.
Factory structural defect
Purchased a new 9qt deep round pot on February 14, 2026. Made chicken soup on Tuesday. While washing after I noticed a large "pimple" on the outside. I went back to the store today and was offered another port that also had a defect. The exterior coating was over sprayed on the top lip of the pan. I said no I paid almost $400 for this pot it's not a blemish or a second it had a "white label". The store personnel then called the manager on the phone there was NO manager in the store. They came back to the counter then told me they would file a warranty claim. I said why it's defective. They said the manager told them too. Now in case the stores don't know warranty only covers the interior of the pot. They 100% should know this . They had me leave the pot. I left the store and called corporate. They were nice they looked up my warranty claim and said it was already denied. They then asked how long I had it as they have a 45 day satisfaction guarantee. I said I had it 8 days. They said the store should absolutely refund it. There products are not great anymore. There is no quality control. And get this the store said I should have thoroughly inspected it before leaving the store. I asked why don't they do that?? No answer. The continued to say it was cosmetic. I didn't pay for a second or a blemish I paid a lot of money for what should have been a great pot. Instead I got a pot with a structural issue. This brand use to be great. Looks like maybe they are manufactured in China today.
Stay away not great quality horrible customer service

For YEARS I have had two very large sets of le creuset cast iron they were fantastic I only gave them away because I could not handle the weight anymore!
My husband spent thousands on large sets of triple stainless steel which are ok and also bought the same in non stick NOW every single time I use them I feel angry and sick to my stomach at the ABSOLUTE shameful trash they are they are EVERYTHING BUT a non stick pan calling them EXPENSIVE garbage is NOT strong enough in my description of them!!!!

As much as I love the cookware I am very disappointed with their customer service. I placed an order for over $700 & it was shipped to the wrong address. No o e reached out to me so I contacted customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone I was told that I had to reorder the entire order and wait 7-14 business days to receive my refund. I have another order in my cart for over $1000 & now I’m wondering if I should go with another company. You would think that a company that has a reputation for high quality products would have high quality customer service. Extremely disappointing!!!

Great Product Abysmal Customer Service
I've had a number of Le Creuset pots for between 30 and 40 years and they have been great.
Sadly, I had a recent problem with one where two pieces of enamel pinged off. It's obviously not a manufacturing fault as I've been using the pot for 40 years. I don't think it was anything I did as the pot was heated before I turned the gas up.
I wrote asking if the pot was still usable, if it could be repaired and what I should do to avoid it happening to the others. I didn't ask for a replacement, I didn't ask them for a replacement or complain, as I'm able to accept that age and my unfamiliarity with gas hobs (we just moved house) are probably to blame. I wasn't even aware they had a lifetime guarantee until I went on the website looking for help.
The answers, when I was able to get any (the original query was returned by the email system and the chat operator tried to avoid answering half the questions, were pretty standard and what common sense and the internet had already suggested, so it wasn't really worth the effort of making contact.
However, what did come through loud and clear, and more than once, was that my pot wasn't guaranteed. I never asked that. And having been told that, I didn't dispute it. That wasn't why I was getting in contact.
So they told me again.
And again.
They also told me that the pictures I had provided showed wear and tear and signs of abuse - subtext being that the enamel damage was my fault.
Just one problem - I had not provided any photos!
They later emailed me to offer me a 30% discount as a "goodwill gesture".
Well, what do I say? Goodwill? You must be joking. I contacted them looking for advice and basically got hostility in return. I won't be taking them up on the offer of the discount as it's still an expensive pot, even at the discount rate, and the customer service has left a very negative impression.
So there you have it - all pots made after 2020 do have a lifetime guarantee. If you want a great pot, a great guarantee (though I suspect they may not be keen to back it up based on my experience) and hostile and unhelpful customer service, this is the product for you.
They're Dishonest and Thieves
Definitely not Cousance.
I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed in my new 12qt, Cerise, stock pot. I just received it last night. This particular one is made in Thailand. The ones I bought from QVC are made in China. And Another pan I have is an original Wood Handle fry pan made in France by Cousance #28, from the original owners before it has been sold off to Le Creuset.
Let me tell you, this stock pot is not worth the price nor close to the quality of its original origin. I saw the Amazon reviews and thought maybe it'll be better directly, no. It smelled of hardcore chemicals. The paint coating is uneven and poor quality. There were some scratches on the lid and paint missing inside the handles. Now their label it has is just a sticker in the front. I'm unsure if it's meant to be removed but when washing it, the sticker started going south. I would buy this pot for $45 maybe, but not $120. I recommend going elsewhere for a lifelong, generational, stock pot.
I have tried multiple time to leave an honest review and they keep moderating it because it's not a lying, positive review. I use to love their product and now because they won't let those of us that are truly let down and want to speak our minds, try to remedy it or even let us have our voice. It's really a shame. I will never buy another one of their products due to the quality and their image control, which is sad to say because their whole kitchen set for about $1,200 was what I wanted. Glad I came to my senses before buried myself in even more regret there.
Do not buy them. They are not what they use to be and it's really stealing and dishonest. Makes me sad for those of us that just want a nice set of dishes to last and be passed down, but they swindle you into a big fake hole of regret.
Save yourself the trouble. I would have rather bought a Lodge cast iron from Walmart.
Lifetime warranty is a lie
We bought a pan from Le Creuset and it started wearing off after using it for 3 times. The nonstick coating literally came off and now it cannot be used anymore.
We tried to reach for customer service because theoretically they have a lifetime warranty but their excuse was that we made the pan too hot. We have a perfectly normal stove, it is unthinkable that a "premium" brand cannot handle a normal stove. It is even worse when they sponsor a lifetime warranty just to dodge any complaints when the warranty should actually be used. Will never use them again
