Very disappointing experience with this…
Very disappointing experience with this travel company. They do not seem to take customer complaints seriously.
We complained about the hotel’s unhygienic and unsafe conditions, including what we considered to be a serious health hazard and dangerous electrical cables sticking out of the walls. We have photographic evidence clearly showing these conditions.
Unfortunately, our complaint was closed simply because the hotel claimed that the situation was not as we described it. We were told that we did not have written proof of our complaint, even though we have photographic evidence of the actual conditions.
It is extremely frustrating to see a complaint dismissed when there is clear evidence showing the poor and potentially dangerous state of the hotel. A travel company should take customers’ health and safety concerns seriously and properly investigate complaints rather than simply accepting the hotel’s version of events.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this travel company and will think twice before booking with them again

Did not receive what I paid for. Booked a “Standard Room” for one person (res. 8841715813). Given a capsule in a shared dorm instead. Completely different from the booking confirmation. They also ignore emails and do not respond. Misleading and unacceptable.

You were very disappointing
You were very disappointing, especially regarding the transfer information. You told us that the transfer between the airport and the hotel would take around 1.5–2 hours, but in reality it took almost 4 hours. Because of this, I lost most of my first and last holiday days.
You also knew that I booked two rooms because I was traveling with my children and my elderly mother. Despite this, you placed the rooms in different buildings and did not take our family situation into consideration at all. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for us during our stay.
For these reasons, I do not think I will book with you again. I will also not recommend your company to friends or family unless you improve the way you handle these situations. You should be honest about transfer times and make sure families are accommodated close to each other rather than being separated into different buildings.
The hotel's service and handling of the situation were also very poor and did not meet our expectations. If you improve these issues in the future, I would consider booking with you again.

The travel company was very good
The travel company was excellent. Everything was easy from start to finish, with good information and planning via email. The app was simple, clear, and user-friendly. The hotel was not good. People were smoking everywhere—indoors and outdoors, even inside the restaurant. The pools were nice in the morning, but chaotic in the afternoon. There were plastic cups and cigarette butts everywhere; to put it mildly, it was downright gross.

Honest warning
We booked a holiday through We Love Holidays and were offered a room for three people that was simply not suitable for three guests. The room was extremely small and cramped, to the point where it was difficult to move around comfortably.
We stayed there for seven days and, despite contacting We Love Holidays for help, we received no meaningful support. We were essentially told to sort the problem out ourselves directly with the hotel.
What was most disappointing was the lack of responsibility from the agency. If you sell hotel rooms for three people, you should have enough knowledge and oversight to make sure the accommodation is actually suitable for three guests.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend checking the hotel and room carefully yourself before booking through We Love Holidays. Their customer support was very disappointing, and we did not feel that they took responsibility for the situation or genuinely tried to help us.
